“This is the third delivery that was not delivered on time, being an entire day later than it was supposed to be. A previous order was two days late.
When I called to ask for a refund, all they could do is refund the delivery fee, or a small percentage of the cost not both this was not a next day delivery order, but was ordered nearly a week in advance, and it was still late”

“The flowers that were delivered bore no resemblance to that which had been selected from your catalog.
Further, the accompanying card that I created which was to accompany the flowers, was not delivered.
The flowers and card were for my daughter whose husband had just paased away, and would hopefully have provided some measure of compassion for her. Instead the flowers were unattractive, and she had no idea who had sent them.”

“Again I was disappointed in the size and quality of the bouquet. I ordered the premium (largest size) and the bouquet was small and the flowers did not look fresh. Some were actually wilted. I’ve been using Fromyouflowers for years, but my last two experiences have not lived up to expectations.”

“I arranged 5 days ahead of time to have an orchid plant delivered to my son ans his wife for their anniversary. They didn't receive it on the date specified. I wrote to you, and today (2 days after the delivery was supposed to be), I got a phone call saying that it turns out your florist in the area is closed, and an attempt is being made to find another florist sometime who can deliver today. It seems to me that you should be able to determine as soon as you send an order to the florist that they have closed, and to make alternate arrangements in plenty of time for a delivery scheduled for 5 days later. I am extremely disappointed, and will probably look for another delivery service next time I want to send flowers.”
