It took four different days to get the delivery. I called each time the recipient was supposed to have gotten them and all that was said was they would try the next day. Plus I kept receiving emails saying that it was delivered even though it wasn’t. Three different emails saying it was delivered when it wasn’t. Will never use this service again. It was a headache

I ordered flowers for my mother's 78th birthday days in advance because I couldn't be there due to having the flu and not wanting her to get sick because she is in poor health and they did NOT arrive when they were suppose to. I could understand if I ordered the day of but not days prior. Unacceptable

They did such an amazing job, I will be buying from them again!!!! Great delivery service, beautiful flowers, they wrote my note down PERFECTLY They even gave me a big bear even though I ordered the small one. The packaging was okayyyy, maybe bc it was straight from a flower shop but still very beautiful nonetheless. My Gf is happy so I’m happy!!

I’m so disappointed in your lack of service! I had to reach out to see when my order would be delivered only to find it wouldn’t be. Then I’m told by you that the order would be upgraded, an apology sent and the order would be delivered the next day. None of this happened either. Terrible service!I’m

Terrible experience. Ordered $160 worth of flowers for my wife on Valentine’s Day. They arrived and were half dead. They didn’t give me the custom vase I paid extra for either. I emailed them and they said “we are so sorry we will resend you a new batch”, then the next day they emailed me again and said “sorry we won’t be sending you a new batch. Instead we will give you a 50% refund, of $25” and I said WHAT?! I paid $160 for this. They turned around and said “well we don’t count in the extra stuff you paid for or delivery fees. We only count the flowers themselves before taxes. So that was $51..” They are a scam, just pay the extra and get them from a local flower shop.

Didn't receive what I bought! Even a one star review is not good enough. The arrangement we received was not even close in quality to the picture of what I expected when I purchased them and the delay in delivery resulted in the flowers turning brown immediately. They provided a nominal refund, but not even close to the amount that I spent. Truly poor quality and exceptionally poor service. I will not order from this company again and hope that others read the reviews and do not patronize this business.

ordered on 2/5/2025 for delivery on 2/14/2025 and paid the 9.00 extra to deliver before 12:00 noon. flowers finally showed up on 2/17/2025 at 9:40 am not the time and day as "guaranteed" per- the from you flowers website. Highly disappointed and a waste of hard earned money and false promises from, from you flowers.

Horrible. I wish I looked at the reviews before I placed my order… I called this morning to check the status.. waited 5 minutes before she even answers me. I was told half hour is on its way. They still have not received the flowers. Now seeing all these comments I feel it’s a scam.. especially people not receiving their money back. I will report this to the better business bureau

Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day. I falsely presumed these folks would "partner" with local florists. Flowers shipped from Louisville, KY to Bismarck, ND. The glass vase was shattered and the flowers were disheveled. Thankfully my wife's co-worker opened the box, cleaned the glass fragments off the flowers and put the flowers in a plastic container for her. Flowers From You - never again, I should have waited until the next day and called a local florist. But at least I got my $7 I paid for the vase back....

HORRIBLE. Advertised with a discount. Discount not applied. Email x3 did not resolve. First phone call did not resolve because they hung up on me. Second phone call, rude and condescending. Refusing to do a refund, trying to explain multiple times of something I already understand. Requested multiple times that the order should be cancelled immediately and refunded. Stating he had to get supervisor, then came back to explain again!? Still on hold, waiting for confirmation of cancellation and refund. This company HORRIBLE customer service AND Misleading advertisement. Will update to see if the refund is actually applied.

Flowers were never received even though an email after 7pm on 2/14 stated that they were delivered. I had multiple people at the office looking out for them after I worked LATE on Valentine's Day just to be there for the delivery. Going to go straight to my credit card to dispute because this company is ridiculous. Our building is LOCKED after 6pm anyway so where are the flowers??

Flowers arrived Feb 12 4 roses and Lillie's. One rose broken no Lillie's opened today look same. Poor customer service and Quality

Order wasn’t delivered to my workplace before closing as promised. My boyfriend had to pick the roses up far away by himself on Valentine’s day, and they were totally dead upon receiving. Horrible company with completely false advertising on website. He paid so much money for a lack of service and product quality. Stay away!!!

Flowers were not delivered after being ordered two days in advance. Both chat support and email offered apologies but did not follow up after promising they would contact the florist and take steps to resolve the issue. A phone support agent offered a partial refund with guaranteed delivery two days after the missed delivery. That delivery never happened. Once back on the phone with support I was made to feel uncomfortable when I requested a refund. This will be my first and last order with fromyouflowers.com. Happy Valentine’s Day.

From start to "finish" this was a horrible experience. They charged the wrong amount on my credit card and then refused to credit the same card, despite it being their mistake stating they needed to speak to the "card holder". Being the "card holder" I informed them of this and they still refused to refund the incorrect charge despite having literally just charged the card for the inaccurate amount! Beware of this flower service. Many red flags. This company has the poorest customer service. I could not understand the agents (yes, more than one agent both online in a "chat" and via phone) and they were rude and condescending. I will not be placing another order through this company.

I ordered flowers for my elderly mom, as Valentines Day was coming up. (I ordered them 3 days ahead for a 2/14 delivery, not the day of.) On the night of the 13th, at about 10:30pm, I received an email that the flowers were delivered...first red flag, as it was so late. Checked with my mom first thing the next morning, no delivery. I called, spoke to someone apparently in another country, he told me he didn't know why the flowers weren't delivered but that he could set us up for a 2/15 delivery...but there would be a charge for the change in delivery date. I told him there would be no charges added, as this was your mistake, not mine. He agreed and clarified that they would send red, pink, & white flowers for 2/15. I said fine, as long as they were Valentines Day colors. He said 'I don't know about that.' (???) Of course on 2/15 there was no flower delivery. I called again, asking this time for a full refund. They quickly refunded my account and offered to send my mom a complimentary bouquet, along with an apology, and I said yes, please do. Flash forward to 2/17, 8pm, I get a message that 'There's a problem with your delivery, pls call us back.' So I call back and get a woman who could not figure out what the problem was, she kept insisting that they refunded me. I told her yes, you refunded me...but you guys called ME! I returning YOUR phone call! No clue at all. I had to hang up because I can't spend any more time on this. So all in all, my mom has no flowers, and I've wasted SO MUCH TIME talking to these idiots. I will never use From You Flowrrs again, and I'll make sure that none of my friends or family will use them either.
