“I ordered flowers to be delivered today for a friend's birthday. Needless to say I got an email that said it would not be delivered til Monday. Horrible company!!!!”
“This is the second time i've ordered flowers from this company and twice they came brown and they didn't bloom. They also came 4 days late and they assured me it would be delivered on a certain date, so their timelines on their website is misleading. Complete waste of time and money.”
“I’m never one to send a complaint but I have come to believe that you need to know my disappointment in my recent order.
On March 3, I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my daughter who just had a horrible accident. When I saw the flowers, I gasped and asked “are THESE the flowers I had ordered?!?” I was shocked to say the least regarding how unbelievably small this bouquet is! I had an option to purchase “standard, deluxe or premium”. I ordered premium because I wanted the biggest and nicest ones! I am so shocked and upset at the tiniest bouquet. A size that I’d pay $15 for at a grocery store. I didn’t mind spending $75 for a big bouquet for my daughter, but this is embarrassingly small.
I don’t ever order online flowers and I had zero idea that it would be so disappointing. This is completely unacceptable.”
“I am not happy with the customer service of this company. The website glitches and the order I picked didn't go through. I picked a florist picked bouquet, teddy bear and balloon. When I spoke to the customer service agent I was told that I only had a florist picked bouquet. My wife's birthday is today and I picked a same day delivery and wasn't able to pick a delivery time. The agent told me it was scheduled to be delivered by 5:00pm. My wife gets off work at 4:00pm, so I wanted to be safe and change the delivery address to my home. The agent told me that I couldn't change the address even though I only ordered it less than an hour ago, and that I couldn't cancel the order so I promised him that I would be leaving a honest truthful unsatisfied review which I'm doing now!”
“Do not order from this company. I ordered $60 flowers for my sick sister, and the flowers were half dead. When I emailed the company and sent a picture, I was refunded $18 with the promise of new flowers to be sent. 2 weeks later and still no flowers. Beware..!! They suck!!”

Can't even get ahold of the florist who is handling my order. But promising it will be there by 1:30 pm. If they say there sorry one more time, I think I'll get sick. “A premium flower arrangement was ordered. ‘Bursting With Joy’ arrangement.
The flowers that were delivered were absolutely nowhere near what the website picture indicated.
I understand there might a ‘slight substitution’, as their website says, although what was delivered was not as such. It was a complete different design, flowers and vase.
So far, their resolution to this issue? A $10 gift certificate to use on my next order. There will NOT be a future order.”
“I ordered birthday flowers for my daughter. They are stationed in San Antonio so couldn’t be there. I ordered the most expensive version of the cotton candy bouquet. The flowers that came was not anything close to what I ordered. It was small and had a bunch of greenery. They didn’t even have the roses. It had a few wilted mumms and that was it. I called telling them the issue and it took them 3 days to get new flowers to her and still not the right bouquet. I won’t use them again.”
