They sent the wrong Thomas Kincade feature However, the arrangement was as expected, arrived on time and the mistaken Kincade design was still acceptable since it was not a copy of her previous designs. I have been sending these Kincade arrangements for 15 years.”
“Do not waste your money!! The flowers were nothing like the picture and I ordered a balloon and never received it and they only offered 20% refund. I think it should of been a full refund because the flowers were nothing like the picture”
“First time I used them single dad of 3 and this time of year is always stressful so some thing have to be last minute living paycheck to paycheck ordered a dozen roses for my daughters 12th birthday. Paid for expedited "before noon" delivery when checking on the order it stated by 3 ...... contacted called was told they were delivered at 130 this delivery was a box left at the front of the school which wasn't discovered until dismissal obviously couldn't be delivered at this point and the reason I know this is because the principal called and asked why someone would be sending flowers to my duaghter. Obviously the principal hopes it wasn't anything nefarious and would have known they were from dad if the card had been with the flowers so now my daughter is home no flowers no card because they are locked in the school until tomorrow. Don't use this company if you want something done quickly and properly.”

The person helping me could not speak fluent english and had a difficult time helping me. “Under no circumstance should you be ordering flowers off this website. Especially pink peonies. Ordered a 70 dollar bouquet of pink peonies, beautiful flowers, delivered 3 days later, stems were dead and the flowers came in buds, after putting the water in and seeds in the flowers blossomed about 20% and turned brown two days later. Very disappointed in the quality of these flowers and the conditioner they were delivered in especially for such a high cost. Highly recommend going to any other website for flowers.”
“Yikes. I wish I had found this website with reviews prior to ordering. I ordered an arrangement for a friend and didn't even request same day delivery - the delivery was for days after the order was placed. It never arrived. I contacted their customer service a week after and was told someone would get back with me after investigation. Another week passes and I didn't hear a thing. Finally, sucess by talking to someone on their website chat feature. Full refund. They were prompt and helpful, but so incredibly disappointing that my friend's event was missed :/”

“I paid for expedited shipping, they failed to meet the time frame and rescheduled for the following day with the understanding the order was a priority. They failed to deliver by 12pm the second day as well. They did apologize and refunded the expedited fee but that didn't change the fact they are offering a service they are unable to provide.”

“My friends mother passed away unexpectedly so I wanted to send her flowers. I paid for same day delivery and by 9pm they still were not delivered. I reached out and the company told me once they got confirmation that they weren't delivered they would get back to me. I told them the confirmation was the fact that they weren't delivered. They refunded me half the price of the flowers and told me they would be delivered today. It is now 7pm and no flowers. I called and got nowhere and was told they would be delivered tomorrow and upgraded. However they could not give me an logical reason as to why this was happening. I told them it was beyond unacceptable, I have a grieving friend whose mother passed 3 days ago now and all I want to do is send her flowers and they refuse to give me a reason as to why they can't fulfill this order. The girl continued to sit in silence as I explained to her why I was so mad and had nothing to say other than to put me on hold and tell me they would arrive tomorrow. We shall see”

I had a terrible experience with this flower delivery service. I ordered a $300 bouquet for my girlfriend to celebrate our three-month anniversary. The flowers were supposed to be delivered within a four-hour window, but they missed the timeframe. Since my girlfriend was leaving work, I explicitly told them NOT to deliver the flowers if she wasn’t present. They assured me the order was canceled—but then still delivered it anyway.
The bouquet was left unattended at her workplace, and a coworker ended up reading the personal card meant only for her, creating an incredibly awkward and unpleasant situation for both of us. To make things worse, the flowers looked nothing like the picture online, which was a huge disappointment.
While they did issue a refund, it doesn’t undo the aftermath of this mess. Their customer service was horrendous as well. Many representatives couldn’t understand my questions due to a language barrier, and when I asked to speak to someone else, they refused to transfer me. They repeatedly assured me they understood my requests, but they clearly didn’t.
Beautiful flowers mean nothing when the delivery and service are this disastrous. I’ll never order from them again, and I recommend avoiding them unless you want a stressful experience.”
