“I had a problem with the flowers that were delivered by the local florist. Although they were delivered on time, they were not as shown on the website. I addressed the issue with the Customer Service Department at From You Flowers. They were deeply regretful and wanted to make things right. After a week, they redelivered a beautiful floral bouquet and also gave me a partial refund. I did not even ask for a refund, so they went over and above to make things right!!! I am impressed with From You Flowers sincere apologies and resolution of my issues. Don't count this company out by negative reviews you see. They do resolve issues and make things right! Thank you From You Flowers!”
“Order looked NOTHING like what was ordered. Sent flowers to my sister in the hospital in St. Louis ( I am in Illinois)and her daughter sent a picture of the flowers. HORRIBLE!! Gas station bouquets look better than this!! BEWARE and find another place to order from.”
“Unreliable. I arranged to have flowers sent on 5.23.24. I received an email at 6:30pm informing me that the flowers were delivered in which I was concerned that the flowers were left outside the business. at this time of day. I called the company who couldn't provide details on where the flowers were left. I was told they would call me the next morning with an update...which they didn't. When I called I was told that the flowers were not delivered and that they would be delivered today. Since I didn't hear from the recipient I called the company to confirm delivery. Guess what? The flowers were not delivered. I requested a refund.”
“Horrible experience. I ordered flowers for my mother a few days before Mother’s Day and the flowers showed up completely unbloomed. At first I figured no big deal, they’ll open up and she’ll get to have them even longer than expected! Unfortunately, they died having never opened. I reached out to customer service for a refund or new flowers and they refunded me $12 of my $71 order. After further communication, the gave me $8 more. $20 back on a $71 order for flowers my mom never got to enjoy. I didn’t even bother reporting the flowers I ordered for my best friend for Mother’s Day that died 2 days after she got them… horrible customer service. I would have been happy with a full refund or new flowers. Will never be using this site again.

“Delivered two days late, just left outside of a building over a holiday weekend. Business hours are clearly stated on the door. Paid for same day delivery. Got an email stating they were delivered. What was ordered vs what showed up. Waste of money. Very disappointing.”

Also when placing the order there were no options to pick delivery time which is problem if you delivery to some places that are not opened all the time such as churches.”

“I ordered flowers on Monday for my wife’s birthday On Wednesday. They shipped them said they would be delivered Thursday by UPS between 12:45-2:45. My wife doesn’t work in the office on Thursday or Fridays. UPS said the business was closed when they tried to deliver them a little after 5:00 which the business doesn’t close til 6:00. Needless to say they will not arrive when you schedule them and they use UPS and FedEx to deliver instead of a flower shop. That part was my fault cause if I knew they used UPS or FedEx I wouldn’t have ordered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!”

“I ordered sympathy flowers for a dear friends, father’s visitation. When I got there, I could not find the flowers I sent. I asked the funeral home Director about my flowers because it stated that they were delivered. They took me to a vase of dying, dried up flowers and said the flowers were received in a box, no water, no vase (which I paid separately for) and no card. They looked nothing like the flowers I ordered. I’m actually happy there was no card because I would’ve been embarrassed for anybody to think I sent those flowers. I would not recommend from From You Flowers. Very disappointing!”

“I ordered a balloon bouquet for my grandson...they sent a puny jar of crappy flowers instead. What 4 year old likes flowers over balloons?! They said they will correct the order and send balloons tomorrow. I will see!!”

“Flowers did not look anything like the pictures. I ordered yellow tulips and purple irises in full bloom. The yellow tulips arrived limp and the irises weren't open and never bloomed. It was a horrible waste of money. I called to complain and they tried to offer me a 20% discount on what I had paid. I refused and they said ok 40%. I said, no, just send what I ordered. So they agreed and nothing ever came. This company is a scam. Don't order from them. Save your money.”
