“One star is not low enough for this service. I ordered a blue, yellow, and white arrangement for my grandma for her first anniversary without my grandpa, who was in the Navy. It cost $67.08 and the arrangement was wrong. It was a different type of flower and purple. I called customer service and the best they could refund me was for the cost of the flowers for $9.53. However, the guy called it a full refund, so when I agreed and received the refund there was nothing that could be done even though that was not the full amount because of taxes.”
“My flowers were supposed to be delivered for my birthday from my boyfriend. It was supposed to be a surprise. He had to end up yelling me because they never showed up. They told us they would be delivered in the morning the very next day. Going on 4pm they are still not delivered. My job closes at 5pm. We keep getting the run around. They seem like they could care less. They ruined my boyfriends gift for me. They won't give us the name of the florist. Our next step is to cancel and ask for a refund. It's ridiculous. Do not order from them. After telling my stiry to a coworker she told me they ordered flowers for her brother in laws funeral. They showed up wilted. Absolutely pitiful.”
“My husband ordered me 2 Dozen Rainbow Roses, for our 42nd Anniversary. He was sick and unable to go out. They arrived in a hot UPS truck, completely wilted. The edges were browned. Many of them were not salvageable when they arrived. The rest lasted less than one week. I contacted the company regarding this issue. They told me my husband needed to contact them. He did, added pictures, they refunded $8.56. Complete waste of money. These photos were after I placed them in my vase, after receiving them. I did clip the bottoms off (under running water) added the preservative before placing them in my vase. He spent over $70.00 on this bouquet of wilted roses.”

“Company required bank confirmation via fax and official letter head for a credit card purchase. Order was placed on Friday and scheduled for Monday. Not sure how they expected ME to jump through hoops. There was No concern about making a $300 sale. Either my flowers show up or I get my money back and will get them elsewhere. Huge inconvenience. Do not recommend.”

“I paid extra to have the flowers delivered early next day, it took them 2 days and 3 attemps to deliver the flowers... so the flowers were not at the location that should have been for event. When I ask them why the followers couldn't be delivered to the 2nd location they said driver will not deliver and will give us no reason! wow Insult to injury the flowers looked HORRIBLE, nothing like the pictures... then they offered me 2 credits but will only honor 1 credit refusing to admit they offed 2 credit even though I have the emails. NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.”

“THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE!!!!!! First, they make their website look like 1800Flowers so I was duped into ordering from them. Then they failed to delivery my order saying I entered the wrong address. The first time I spoke to them they updated the order and committed that the order will be delivered on 04/27/2024- 3 days delayed from initial commitment date. Then 04/27/2024 came and went, and still it was not delivered. So I called again to ask for full refund. I WILL NEVER EVER BE DUPED INTO ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.”

“They were horrible. I ordered a bouquet for my girlfriend whose husband just passed away. I ordered the bouquet HOW SWEET IT IS. first of all nobody rang the doorbell they just set them there and my girlfriend is in a wheelchair so she couldn’t pick them up. Second of all the bouquet look nothing like what I ordered it was a bunch of greens with a couple flowers. The company was nice enough to send out another bouquet which she received today and she sent me a picture of it and it still looks nothing like the bouquet I ordered. Once again they did not ring the doorbell she just happen to have company leaving at the same time they brought the flowers so they brought them in for her. The whole experience was very embarrassing especially when the recipient is going through enough as it is. I would never order flowers from them again and it wouldn’t advise anybody else to as well. What is the point in having pictures of flowers to order and they look nothing like that.”
