“I received an arrangement of mini-irises and yellow tulips (buds) for Mother's Day. The irises were in bloom and lasted one day. The tulip buds never bloomed - just started dying. When I called, customer service took my name, put me on hold, and later disconnected the call. When I called back, a different person answered but the same thing happened. I don't have the heart to tell my daughter that the money she worked so hard for was spent for this junk.”
“Admittedly, the purchased order was not delivered on the expected delivery date. As it was my aunts birthday I was a little bummed because I asked her if she liked her flowers in which she responded "What flowers?" I contacted the company by the chat option and Maaz was kind enough to update me with the error on their end as well as refunded the delivery fee, set a redeliver date and gave me $10.00 toward my future purchase. I was so grateful the helped to fix the mistake and not only make it right but gave me a quick response and a reason to purchase from them again. I do not have a picture but when my aunt did receive her birthday flowers she was very happy. Since then. I've purchase 3 more orders for Mother's Day. Thank you for making special occasions more special.”
“So, I ordered teddybear with 6 chocolate strawberries and a cupcake that breaks with m&ms inside for $80. Instead they delivered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries with the words Happy Birthday. Then told me when items are out of stock they replace them. I complained that I did not authorize a substitute. And the dozen strawberries were priced at around $50. So they ripped me off. Offered a discount I refused and asked that correct item be delivered and it was delivwred next day?! ( I thought this item was out of stock?) but there was no teddybear. Again! “Our sincere apologies” offered me a $11.60 refund for the teddybear. So, technically the 6 strawberries and breakable cupcake was worth $60 And they even offered $10 certificate. Sadly, after multiple disappointmens I will never utilize them wvwr again. Dont waste your money or time with them. Not worth the hassle.”
“I ordered 2 bouquets to be delivered TO THE SAME LOCATION, and one only managed to get there. The second “was attempted to deliver but was unable” so rather than delivering the flowers THE NEXT DAY, they just never sent them. It’s been 5 days since the original date of delivery and nothing. A bunch of emails back and forth and then a call with customer service guaranteeing delivery the next day (today being the next day) AND AGAIN-unable to deliver! I’m over it.”
“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered a $160 bouquet for Mother’s Day to be delivered the Saturday before. It arrived on Wednesday, four days late. Their customer service was incompetent. I called and used their online chat system a total of 8 times investing over five hours in all. Once a rep hung up on me. Another told me it would be delivered immediately. Another told me it was delivered on time. They all suggested my mom stay home to be sure to receive the delivery. The window is 8-6 pm. She should stay home for the original delivery date and the following four days from 8-6? The bouquet they delivered looked nothing like the image represented on their site. I ordered the deluxe largest size. It was far smaller and unimpressive in person. It looked like a $20 bouquet from Whole Foods. I wish I had read reviews first. I wish there was an option for zero stars.”

“My son ordered me flowers for Mother’s Day. While I did not have the heart to tell him they were in terrible condition I reached out to the company directly and provided photos and the order number and all the proof showing the condition. They refused to send another set and advised only the purchaser can email them. Of course he didn’t get to see the product and assumed they would be decent. How am I supposed to complain to my thoughtful son and ruin the thought.”
“I sent 3 orders from them for Mother's Day, all of them were late. I paid to get them there faster, a ridiculous fee. They refunded me 3.00 for three orders that cost 245.00 all together. Absolutely ridiculous!!”

“Terrible service. We had an issue with the address that was misspelled, of course wasn’t deliver the flowers. We tried hard to fix it, by several calls. The phone tellers just repeat same phase as a recording.
I have to clarifies that the flowers were send from Chile to USA on line. No one speak spanish, so the card holder couldn’t communicate. Four days past since the order was cancelled , still no refund. No money and no flowers.No solution.Disappointed.”
“My son sent me Mothers Dat flowers which never got here on Mothers Day...they were delivered yesterday Tuesday May 14th. They delivered and left the box in 94 degree heat, afternoon sun in Texas...they charged him $80.00 for this scraggly bouquet that has 7 flowers, none of the kind that would be expensive. Buyer beware, these people are thieves.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered flowers for my sister and selected Deluxe option. The flowers she got were not anywhere close to deluxe and looked like they were assembled at the local grocery market. They also put white Carnation flowers instead of white roses in her bouquet.
My sister also used the same flower service in the same week and sent me a premium bouquet and her flowers didn’t look anything like the pictures and the order was missing a chocolate box. We literally called each other and were laughing at how pathetic these flowers were.”
“Worst company ever. I ordered flowers for both my mom and mother-in-law they were delivered by UPS not a local flower shop they had to put them together and most of the flowers are not opening up and they don't look nice at all. Never use this company again.”
