Same day delivery did not happen. Flowers received were not worth the price they charged, they charged for the flowers asked for and did not receive.
Using this company was a BIG disappointment. Called several times and complained.”
“I ordered the fields of gold Mason jar. Great timing on the delivery but the bouquet was a little smaller than I expected and they did not come in a mason jar. I will say the flowers are very pretty and my daughter loves them which is all that matters.”

“I ordered the largest bouquet option and what arrived was nothing like the photo. It was only 8 inches in height and diameter. A tiny, lame, bouquet in a standard round vase. I specifically ordered a more modern square vase bouquet.
The colors were not the same. I was so embarrassed and upset. In addition, it came from Safeway, not a professional florist. “Safeway” was plastered across the top of the greeting card. I paid $73 for a $20 bouquet. Mortified and embarrassed.
After speaking to a supervisor they offered to give me a 50% refund. I paid $73 and they refunded $28. Never again will I order from this company. Beware!!!”

The arrangement is spent 100$ for the DELUXE looks nothing like what I ordered and is nothing more than a drug store arrangement! Awful experience.”

The reviews for this company were so terrible that I was certain my Aunt would never get the sympathy flowers for her daughter who passed away. I live in NY, USA and ordered to Qc Canada. I even tried to cancel my order but it was too late. To my surprise, my Aunt received an absolutely beautiful bouquet, delivered on time to her home in Canada. It was just as pictured. I am so relieved and pleased.”

“This place is just terrible. I ordered flowering plants in a basket for around $100 what we got were cheap terrible looking flowers, no plants in sight. I called to complain, they offered me a 20% discount, they didn't even offer to deliver the correct order. Then they offered me a 30% discount. After a while I finally got them to agree to refund my money. Terrible quality, terrible customer serve, just terrible.”

““I ordered a bouquet for my nephew's memorial that was today. I ordered with the expedite fee to make sure it was delivered before 3pm. At 2:50 i called the customer service center and they said it will be delivered before 3pm. At 3:18 pm i called back and they customer service agent said he could not get intouch with the local florist. They did not arrive until 4:10 pm after the service. They added more stress to an already emotionally successful situation. I would never use or recommend this company again.”

I had been using the super large flower delivery companies for a while and decided to change. I read about From You Flowers, and I liked what I saw. I have been using them for almost a year now, and have been very pleased. I had one problem with a delivery date and they refunded The delivery fee. The flowers ended up getting there on the correct date when I have a question or a problem, they reach out to me immediately. I am so very glad that I tried this company. I will continue to use them for all of my flower deliveries.”
