“The prices for smaller flowers is unreal. I paid $93 for a peace plant that was an embarrassment to myself and the family I had it delivered too!! Completely over priced! I could have gotten one 4 times the size for less at schnucks! Pictures were completely misleading and enlarged. Far from the truth when plant was delivered! I felt like a fool sending that to a funeral home for a condolence and that I paid that amount of money… Rip Off Big Time!’ I will not order anything else from this company!!”

“every month I order flowers for my customers. We recently had a horrible delivery by FEDEX to a store in North Crolina. I called to have to arrangement replaced. I wanted to change to a plant as my customer was so disapointed in the floral delivery. I was told I could not change categories. I asked for a supervisor and was told I was speaking to a supervisor level. Hard to believe that a customer who orders over 80 floral arrangements could not be accomodated.”
