“Flowers.com did not deliver the flowers nor did they contact me advising they were not going to deliver the order on the day that was requested. The representatives were very unprofessional and did not do anything to resolve the issue. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold for 45 minutes before a supervisor answered. After 45 minutes the issue was still not resolved. Requested an esclade department which was not provided. I highly do not recommend using Florist.com. This business is clearly a scam. Save your self the disappoint. They do not provide the services listed on their website. If I could I would give them zero stars. Hope this helps someone from being scammed by this business.”
“I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday on Tuesday to be delivered on Thursday. I Got a email on Thursday telling me it will not be delivered to Friday. I emailed them and asked for a discount or refund. They canceled my order. Terrible experience!!!”

“This has been the worst experience I've ever had in ordering flowers for someone. This was my first and very last time ordering through this company. I ordered premium flowers AND balloons with expedited shipping for an extra cost. The delivery time came and went. Customer service had no idea when they would be delivered as they couldn't get ahold of the florist. They refunded my expedited shipping. When the order was finally received 8 hours after the latest expedited delivery time was supposed to be made NO balloons were included and the flowers were very clearly NOT premium. It was actually an INCREDIBLY embarrassing arrangement that was sent and I was mortified with the recipient thinking that's what I sent her. Customer service apologized for forgetting the balloons that were paid for and the fact that they didn't send premium flowers and then offered to re send the correct arrangement the very next day. I knew that was going to inaccurate but against better judgment agreed. An entire day passed without any other deliveries. Now I get to to deal with the hassle of calling customer service again and going through the fact that the arrangement wasn't what I paid for and missing items. I will NEVER use this company again and I highly suggest you don't either!”
“I ordered on August 7 for delivery on August 8. The same story as others: "Can't deliver until tomorrow." Finally, on the 10th, I got an email that they can only deliver to an alternate address. I'm still confused about this. My sister only has one address. Am I to pick a random address, and some lucky, unrelated person receives 60 dollars in flowers (a tiny bouquet)? The birthday is the 10th. I don't want flowers on the 12th. Either way, it's a nightmare of a company. I received a refund minus a couple of dollars, which is also a mystery. Really bad. DON'T DO IT. I ended up using Instacart and getting a tacky bouquet from Sam's Club for half the cost.”
