“I wish there was a way to give them a zero. I placed an order for sane day delivery to a business a day in advance and I paid two additional fees one for the date and another for the time to be before noon. However it was not delivered. After spending over 2 hours between a call and a chat they asked if they deliver it to the persons residence. I had to agree at that point which completely ruined the surprise and guess what they didn’t even deliver it!! They changed it to the next day and once again promised a noon delivery at the place of business again! The person leaves work at 2pm it’s a Friday and now they said they can come before 4pm and I tell them it’s not going to work because she will not be there. This is the worst freaking place ever!!!”

“Worst flower online service I have ever used. They butchered 3 of my 4 orders. The first one was to celebrate my girlfriend's first day at her new job. They didn't get there to around 7pm. The second. I order a peony arrangement at a premium. This was to surprise here the day before our vacation. They replaced them with roses. If I wanted roses, I would have ordered roses. They asked if they could delivered them the day after. I said read the card, we would be on vacation the next day. The third time, they advertised peonies arrangements. They were shipped on a UPS truck. When they arrived, half of them were dead. They refunded me a portion of my payment and gave me a $15 gift card. I will never used this. I canceled my account and will find another vendor.”
“I sent my daughter flowers for her birthday. They were supposed to be delivered by 5..I called and they were NOT delivered until 7pm!!! Then they were NOT AT ALL WHAT WAS IN THE PICTURE!!! the man on the phone apologized and said they would give me half my money back and a 10.00 gc...ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! then he apologized again and offered half my money and a 25.00 gc..NO!!! I asked to speak to his supervisor,because as I told him, this is false advertisement!!! He put me on hold for about 10mins..probably thinking I would give up..lol..little did he know I was NOT giving up. He then got back on and said I would have a full refund and he sent me a confirmation email. DO NOT GIVE UP AND KEEP TELLING THEM NO TO THEIR OFFERS UNTIL YOU GET A FULL REFUND! I was so embarrassed of the arrangement my aunt received from me on her birthday. It looks like a 4 year old put it together. The company offered 30% back and to redeliver another arrangement. “The flowers that were delivered were not what I ordered. The basket looked like a child’s round Easter basket instead of the rectangular basket I ordered. The flowers were delivered to someone else by mistake. And the flowers that were delivered had dead flowers in the basket. I will never buy flowers from them.”
“Paid for delivery to be made within 4 hours and at 6 hours still no.delivery. when the.order did arrive far less impressive compared to what was ordered. Photo on left is what was ordered and left is what.was delivered. Only similarity was container and color of flowers. Would not recommend. Too expensive for lack of quality.They offer a $10 gift certificate for future order...like i would order from them again ..not happening!! They did refund the $4.99 for expedited delivery within 4 hours...They needed to refund about $45 as the item recieved only worth maybe $15. Definetly not the $54 they charged.”
“The flowers that were shown on their site was NOT the flowers that were received. The photo was a total misrepresentation. I don't expect them to be exact but they could have made more of an effort. Instead of a beautiful, full and bright bouquet, what was delivered was a handful of flowers and what looked like some sort of weeds stuck into a vase. I am sssooo disappointed.”

Next day my bank acct. was charged $10 from a credit monitoring service I didn't order. I just received the new card, they were the 1st co I ordered from with it... I think they sell your $$$ pymt. info. along with card # , and phone # to other scammer thieves. They credit monitoring co is in NJ.”

What the recipient got was three pink roses and spider mums, no mini carnations,cheap as can be. What a birthday surprise. Whom ever filled the order needs to be fired!”

The flowers we ordered were to be delivered two days later on a Friday. They did not arrive on the promised date. When the company was called they said that the flowers would be delivered two business days later on Tuesday. They still were not delivered and the company is saying on Wednesday they won't be delivered until next week. That is over a week past the original delivery date. That is not acceptable.”
“I ordered flowers and then got an email stating there was a nice credit available on the next order. I decided to go and use it and the system would not let me use it! When i sent an email asking why couldn't I use it there response was "they had already discounted it so cant discount it again." Well, they ALWAYS show a site wide discount so that means you can NEVER use the "discount" coupon they send you!”
