“I ordered 2 arrangements this week, one thanksgiving bouquet which was delivered Wednesday and looked terrible. Then a Christmas bouquet for my mom the next day. Both arrangements delivered looked nothing like what I bought, they were both a joke put together by children. This is a total rip off. Prime example of bait and switch. Do not order from this company.”
“I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered flowers for my friend whose mother has just passed. I paid extra for the “expedited delivery” guaranteed before noon. Needless to say, it was not before noon. I reached out at 12:30p and they “guaranteed” it would be out for deliver next. 5pm rolls around, and still not even delivered. I reached out again, no response. I called and attempted to cancel my order, and they refused. I have not heard another word, still. They were never delivered. Ridiculous and unacceptable that this business “guaranteed” multiple things that never get done.”
“These people were supposed to deliver flowers for Thanksgiving to a family of mine today and said they couldn’t get it until the day after Thanksgiving now ruined my Thanksgiving. Shame on you people you guaranteed within 9 to 5 the next business day . I called on Tuesday. No confirmation no verification of emails. Ordered flowers Tuesday to be delivered on Saturday after Thanksgiving how ridiculous shame on you guys false advertising, and deceptive trade practices. “As many on this site seem to have the same issue as I did. Ordered flowers for my Daughter for Thanksgiving and they were not delivered when promised. It took me 4 customer service calls to finally get at least a confirmation email of a refund. We will see in a few days if it happens. I read so may bad reviews and I wish I would have looked before ordering. I will keep contacting this sadly run company until i do get my money back. I work too hard for it to get wasted.”
“Ordered flowers to arrive the day after my daughter had surgery. First arrangement wasn't "available in that area" so I chose a different arrangement. Ordered early the day before I needed delivery to ensure they would arrive on the day of my choice. Received an email halfway through the day of delivery offering a substitution because the arrangement wasn't available, even though I chose one that was. But the substitution can't be delivered for 2 more days, possibly 5 because of Thanksgiving and the weekend. Not getting what I paid for and my daughter won't get her flowers when she really needed a bright spot during her recovery. The only reason they get 2 stars a because they didn't argue with me when I requested a refund.”

“Ordered a sympathy arrangement for a funeral on 11/9 that cost me $152.00. They delivered it to my home address. They didn't even knock or call me to confirm or ask "are we at the right place because this looks like a residence? The thought never occurred to them! The sash ribbon was not printed using a professional printer or printing service. They used their hand to write on the ribbon! It was the ugliest thing I ever seen! The handwriting was so horrible and sloppy, I imagined a 5 year old did it! I called immediately and asked them to come pick up the flowers and deliver them to the right place. They refused. After some back and forth, I got a full refund. I will never ever use the trash of a company again. All I see are 1 star reviews”

“What you see on the web is not what you get. You receive a box and a vase, if you ordered one. Also, the price starts out reasonable enough at $39.99, but by the time I placed the order it was almost $80. A box of flowers that You have to arrange is not Professionally Arranged flowers. Plus, my recipient was in the hospital in ICU. Every attempt to cancel, pause delivery or change delivery was a waste of time. Delivery was by UPS.
I had to go to the hospital to intercept delivery, which was a waste of my time. Overall, buying from Flowers From You was a waste. I will order from a local florist from now on. They do deliver Professionally Arranged Flowers, easy to contact and probably cheaper.”
