“I was charged $2.99 for a same day/weekend delivery. I did not order for either. I ordered 8/19 for 8/20 delivery. I tried to file a complaint, but evidently I was talking to AI who said they were a person, or a person who was answering from a script and not considering what I was talking about. My order # is 430042835. I am very unhappy with this service and will not order from you again. I will also leave reviews in other places. If charge thousands of people the $2.99, that's a lot of money that you will gain. I'm very upset.”
“I’m so disappointed and embarrassed by my teddy bear delivery. The bear that was delivered looked nothing like the one on the website. The one delivered looked like a hard, cheap bear that you’d get at a country fair for $10. They gave me a 13% refund. What a joke! I should have read these reviews before ordering. Stay away!”

I read a few reviews and figured everyone experience is different. It seems this is common practice for this company to ruin orders and make a mess.
I ordered an arrangement and paid extra for next day delivery
Not only did they NOT deliver it they didn’t even attempt to reach out to me to let me know the floriest supposedly canceled my order on Saturday. I called Sunday evening and they couldn’t find any order information.
It was a completely disaster.
After spending 3 hours on the phone
I got so frustrated I gave up.
I called back Monday morning to ask them to send me an email advising they were not able to confirm any order information so that I could dispute through my bank and lord and behold they found the info after another 2 1/2 hours.
The agent I placed the order with entered all the incorrect information
Under another user name and number.
It was an absolute mess.
I wil not use them again or recommend anyone else.”
“I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my friend who was in the hospital in Austin, TX. The bouquet was about $40. Delivery $15. Then because I chose same day delivery $2.99. I ordered around 6:30am. At 9:58am. It said they had been delivered. 11:00am they still had not made it into the room. I contacted the company at 11:58am to inquire where they were delivered. I was told they will reach out to the local florist and get in touch with me. I contacted them again an hour later. They could not get ahold of the florist, but they would let me know. 4.5 hours after the flowers were "delivered" I canceled the order and asked for a refund because they flowers were not delivered and the florist was not returning phone calls. I will contact my bank tomorrow to ensure I am actually refunded like I was told I would be and have in writing.”
“Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with From you Flowers. I paid an extra fee for delivery by noon on Saturday. The flowers were not delivered Saturday at all and after multiple calls with From you Flowers and the local florist, the flowers were finally delivered on Monday at end of day. I had to make numerous calls to From you Flowers in order to get the flowers delivered 2 days later. In the end, I was discounted for some of my order.”
“Would not recommend. 3 days to deliver when I paid extra for same day, would not let me get a refund, promises not kept and they sent a downgraded boquet when finally delivered(missing roses)! Supposedly, I got a 50% discount in the end but still, I asked for a refund just to go get my own bouquet on day 1, and they kept dragging me along saying whatever they could to make it sound like they actually cared. I can't believe I fell for it. It's too late bc it did get delivered. I was offered $10 off on the nxt order when I found out they downgraded the boquet. But i would never go through this again. That's how I got to the 50% off discount. It was so difficult to just get my refund. They included a jokable card. So embarrassing that my friend got this boquet that is not worth the cost in my opinion. She was anticipating a gift for 2 days. Like things happen I get it but come on guys. Do better~ This has never happened with boquets that I have ordered.”
“This scam company operates a broker network that utilizes local florists. They lie about the service you'll get, they'll lie to you about tracking your deliveries, they'll hang up the phone if they can't answer a question, they beat the florists down on price so low that there is no way you'll get what they promise or charge you for.
Want an expedited delivery before noon? Select it on their website, pay the extra fee. When it doesn't arrive go to their tracking app and the first thing you see is "there is no guarantee of delivery time, most deliveries are made by 6pm" Call them to find out when your delivery will be made and they say; we called the local florist and they aren't answering the phone", btw they won't give you the florist's name or number.

“I ordered flowers on a Monday for a delivery on Thursday. Flowers were not delivered and no communication from the company. I placed the order emailed them and they responded with a $6.00 refund on almost a $50 order. I called them to get a refund but since my husband was on our card they wouldn't do anything even though I verified everything and told them to place the order. I will never order from them. Trust me my husband will be calling them.”
