“We ordered layered tiramisu birthday cake and it was messy when they delivered it. And the balloons were also messy when they delivered.
Terrible service.

“Ordered flowers for same day delivery get an email at the end of the day saying they couldn’t fulfill same day delivery. That it would be delivered the next day by end of day. End of day comes and they want to fight with me about refunding my money and try to offer a 20% refund and $10 gift card. This order was to my sister because our father died. I live in a different state.”
“Terrible service! Glad to be reading these reviews too. They keep adding fees and service and wasn't happy about it. Called them and they decided to waive the delivery fee with a code, however, when I went to select the bouquet - it wasn't available, imagine that ! So selected a different arrangement, but wasn't available in the size I selected, ok, so I chose the deluxe version and then on checkout, they had the nerve to add on delivery and service fees! Bait and switch. Very frustrating. Reading the reviews, appears that the flowers are of poor quality and arrangements are not up to par either. Best not to use this service after reading all the other negative experiences and reviews.”
“Ordered flowers to be delivered to my house on March 17th. My mom's funeral was on the 18th. Was given a 9hr delivery window from 9am-6pm so I had to wait all day. Called the company twice and was assured the flowers would be delivered and to wait. Needless to say it was 7pm, still no flowers and THEY NEVER CAME!! The company said to wait until the next morning. NO!! I needed them for the funeral. So, I had so much stress and had to go to Michael's Craft Store in the last 5 minutes before closing. I will NEVER use this company again, it's obvious that my floral arrangement was never made. On top of this all, I even paid extra for a weekend delivery. Hopefully my refund goes through smoothly.”

“They accepted my money and emailed that I was guaranteed delivery at 3:30. Then called me at 3 to tell me I’d no longer be getting my flowers today and that I couldnt get them until two days later and they’d take the same day delivery fee off. I asked for a full refund and that I’d no longer need the flowers and they told me they could only refund me 20%. They wanted me to pay for a service I never received. This place is a joke.”
“Paid for expedited before noon delivery and they showed up 3 hours later. Ridiculous and got the same answer, we can't guarantee a delivery time. Well don't offer and upcharge for a service you won't provide. Never again”
“It is a “florist” that does not have flowers and for that reason they fail to fulfill the order, but if they charge the money to your bank, be careful!”
“This was my first order with this company and may be my last. The flower price seemed reasonable, but with the added $15.99 service charge it made the price a little unreasonable.
This was a birthday bouquet. It was supposed to have a Happy Birthday sign in it and a bit more greenery than it was actually delivered with. I could have easy put the arrangement together, nothing special.”

“From You Flowers took my money, including an extra fee for same day service. They had the zip code for the delivery and could/should have refused the order if they couldn't perform. Several hours later they let me know they had no florist in the area and would deliver the flowers the next day, offering a lame apology. I had to insist they issue a refund, which - to be fair - apparently they have. I then called a local florist in the area to arrange an order over the phone. If you care enough about the person you're sending flowers to, and if the exact day matters, do not use this company - run away! You surely have better options.”
“I placed my order, thinking it would get delivered tomorrow and then two hours later. Got an email saying it was impossible to deliver it until two days from now which is too late. I feel this is a misleading site and misleading offer. Very disappointing.”
“I highly recommend you do NOT use FromYouFlowers.com. I ordered flowers over a week before the scheduled delivery date to ensure they were delivered on the day requested. The delivery date came and went and the flowers were not delivered. I had to reach out to FYF to check the status and they responded with a "oh, our apologies, we will have the flowers delivered asap".

“Flowers were supposed to be delivered on March 08, 2024, as they claim on their website, (https://www.fromyouflowers.com/occasion/international-womens-day) but unfortunately, it was not delivered and I was not informed about any delay either. A reasonable seller should at least inform their customers about delays if there are any. Beware and watch videos about them on social media before placing an order.”
“The worst of the companies, liars, they charge you extra for delivery on the same day and everything is a lie, and to return the money, they take as long as they want. I will never recommend these people, they are useless.”
