“I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day 2024 to be delivered the day before, well they never delivered and said they would deliver the following Tuesday. Received a refund receipt email let’s see if I ever receive it. Horrible DO NOT order from them.”
“Wow! I should have looked at reviews before buying. Wilted, dying tulips were delivered to my mother-in-law. How embarrassing! Sadly, they had the opportunity to correct their error as they were delivered yesterday (which cost me an additional $15 for a weekend!) for Mother’s Day.
Dead wilted tulips cost me over $62.00 with a coupon I used. And I’m awfully embarrassed as they should be! It’s unclear how much I will be reimbursed. One email said $7. Another said $10… terrible! Certainly there are laws about delivering dead and dying flowers. Better Business Bureau might be very interested seeing these posts! That’ll be my next step after seeing what is reimbursed.”
“On May the 7th I ordered flowers for my best friend whose birthday was May 8th. Today is May the 12th and she still has not received them. Don't tell me it was mother's Day because I ordered them 5 days prior to mother's Day. They're telling me now that they will deliver them on May 14. This is my first and last time I will do business with this company. It's just shameful.”

“My flowers haven’t even got delivered yet. I paid for the expedited delivery and it was supposed to be here BEFORE noon. I’ve been on the phone with an customer service worker three times. And it’s already 1PM. And the agents are giving me a run around. Like ugh. And judging by everyone else’s photos I don’t even want the flowers anymore. I had to call and get a refund which made me extremely upset because it’s Mother’s Day and I placed my order April 20th.”
“I order flowers for Mother’s Day. The flowers showed up dead and damaged. I spoke with a customer service representative to give me a 20 percent refund on my order and to resend the flowers the next day. Come to find out they never resent the flowers and never gave me a refund. So for Mother’s Day my mom received dead and damaged flowers, I never was given a refund and no new flowers were never sent. I’ll ensure to never do business with you all again.

“I received the Tulip arrangement in the mail Friday from my daughter for Mother's Day. I had to wash the vase that they came in....it had dead flower leaves stuck to it. AWFUL!! Some of the tulips are dead already..after only 2 days! I would NEVER order from this company. NEVER.”
“I ordered a nice bouquet with vase several days in advance. It never delivered and I had the displeasure of confirming that with my mother-in-law on Mother’s Day. But to make matters much worse their customer service representative tried to convince me that it was my fault. So stressful! And, of course, I would not recommend From You Flowers.”

“I ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered on Thursday May 9th because my mom has chemotherapy on Fridays. They sent an email on May 8th stating they were on the truck to be delivered but they didn't get delivered until Friday May 10th and were dead and horrible looking. When I reached out to them, they offered me a $10 credit to be used on my next order. I will never order from them again. Attached are pics of what I ordered and what was delivered. This arrangement was over $80. When I reached out a second time with pics of what was delivered, their response was "they were delivered Friday." It makes me sick to think that this is the flowers that I sent for what may be my momma's final Mother's Day. Disgusting!”
“This company is a joke.... I ordered a beautiful floral arrangement for my mother for mothers day... Her favorite flower is a carnation so I got carnations and daisies... She got a 2 stems of carnations, daisies, but mostly roses... Not what I ordered and not nice and full like the pictures show... What a joke. I will be reporting this company to BBB. I spent $85 for this...”

And they have cameras ordered was never received. Had to call twice to get a full refund the first time I called they only tried to refund $10 of my purchase and give me a $20 gift card. “I ordered a Mothers Day arrangement to be delivered to my wife. The glossies they advertised were roses as they grow naturally in all the glory and splendor. What she got instead were a few roses that had been spray painted with rainbow colors. I think they may have used some leftovers from LGBTQ Pride month gift bouquets.
That was not the “holiday” I wanted to celebrate. I wanted to celebrate Mothers Day with naturally grown roses in all their natural beauty.
That added spray paint stripped them of their natural beauty and caused them to wither.
I’ve lived and learned. I will never again shop with fromyouflowers. com. Their operating strategy is clearly bait and switch.”
