“If I give ZERO STARS I would. Ordered through them twice. First time they were late and had to stay on phone to ever get them and they were nothing like the pictures. They were just anytime flowers so I let it go. I thought I would try one more time. These flowers were for a FUNERAL. Ordered & paid for them and several hours later I get a call saying they couldn't deliver on time and wanted to know if they could send to a home address at a later time!?! Flowers for a funeral!! Then kept trying to discount them. This place is a joke and way overpriced. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!”
“The assistant that has worked for me for over a decade retired (and last day) on July 3. A week prior I selected their best bouquet, and set the delivery date for, July 3rd.
After Midnight I received an email from them informing me the didn't deliver, because they "couldn't find a florist." They'll deliver on 7/5, if "that's ok?"
This isn't the first time they have done this to me. I assure you, it's their last. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, RUINED ON OF LIFE'S most precious moments, failed all the way around, and the sub-par service and lack of resolution, worst "business" on the internet.”
“I ordered "be happy bouquet" (beautiful yellow daisies and roses in bright yellow happy face on front. Perfect for our happy angel). I paid $2.99 for same day delivery. It was for my deceased granddaughters birthday party to keep her memory alive (she was 3 at time of death 7 years ago). At the time of party beginning, no bouquet. I messaged them and only then did they tell me they wouldn't have it there today but would the next day with an upgrade and refund for $2.99 and a $20.00 gift certificate via email. Why would I want to buy from them for an important occasion.
The next day, flowers arrived in a rust colored bowl. Not cheery in the least. Very depressing. Upon informing them I expected the "be happy bouquet" be delivered to my daughter in law. They refused, said they sometimes make similar substitutes. They gave me another $10.00 gift certificate for their company. Any self respecting company would either grant original order or replace used credit card.
It was a tough day. You flowers made it tougher.

“Ordered flowers this morning for a cancer survivor. Got notification late this afternoon that they were not going to be delivered even though I paid extra. I called for a refund and they wanted to send them in two days. I said no. They wanted to stand them tomorrow, even though I told them the recipient would not be home. I said no. I had to DEMAND my money back from them. Finally got it because I paid with PayPal.

“Don't order from them. My stuff never got delivered when it stated that it did. I called ...they said they would redeliver them..but the person was already released from the hospital. I wanted my money back and they wouldn't refund the money. They said they would have them delivered to another address. So now they are being shipped to my home and now I have to deliver them to the person at their home.. It cost me 60.00 for 5 balloons. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!”
“While Fromyouflowers did resend the flowers I ordered when they were not delivered on time (wrong address and admittedly my mistake). What I thought I ordered vs what was received did not look the same at all. (See attached photos). $50+ is alot to have flowers delivered and not get the design as advertised / expected. Will not order from them again.”
“Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered flowers for a birthday Sunday around 2pm to arrive Monday before noon. I paid for expedited delivery just so they would be sure to arrive before noon. It didn’t. I fist spoke with a customer support rep a little after noon. She mentioned she would refund my expedited delivery fee and that she can’t tell me when my arrangement will arrive but that she will message the delivery driver to get it to me asap. Around 3pm I reached out to chat support who transferred me to a supervisor named Kyle. Kyle kept apologizing and offering a discount whilst still had no idea where in route my arrangement was. I asked him for an ETA and he responded with “we can’t provide an exact time but our delivery for residents is between 9-6. So not only was it not delivered by noon, not there is a chance I won’t get it until 6pm. Kyle then mentioned he wanted to call me and call the floral shop at the same time to check the status of the arrangement. I responded “you haven’t called the shop yet???”. That sent me into a rage. How is my arrangement this far behind and you haven’t contacted the shop yet? Finally when our day is over around 4:30 my arrangement was delivered. Finally, relief. When we arrive home, the arrangement was not what was purchased. I received a smaller version of the arrangement and much more greenery opposed to the very prominent yellow flowers. In the picture I wanted there was 6 roses opposed to the 3 I received. All in all, I am not happy with my experience with this company and will not go with them next time.”

I placed an order 2 weeks before to be scheduled for my partner’s birthday and they were meant for a surprise. His birthday has passed now and still no delivery. Also, I am let down by this company sending me an email, claiming that the delivery was attempted. This is false information as the recipient knew about the delivery and has been waiting at the address all day. Therefore this is a false claim as the flowers were never attempted to be delivered.
This is unacceptable and the lack of communication from this company is terrible customer service.
They have issued me a refund but still ruined a surprise by their terrible service!

“Ordered flowers a week ahead of time for a 40th birthday. Waited until 7pm. Called the number listed , got sales for medic alert and dish before I hung up and got the number from google listing. In Ct the correct number is 860-388-1007. Offered me a 10% discount on my next order. I told them to keep it, I won’t be using them again. They blamed it on UPS. Promised delivery today. We’ll see . If not, and not in good shape I will be calling Discover to dispute the charges. Used them in the past and never had a problem. This is just unacceptable.”

“Paid $85 for flowers you can get from the store for $30... how do I know? Because they are identical to the ones I got her for $30 on mothersday. Also don't waste money on expedited delivery, they arrived as my wife was leaving her office and we're supposed to be delivered by 12:30. Oh they also put the wrong card and looks like a child wrote it.”
