“2 little flowers were sent with tons of greenery called a Florist Designed arrangement. More like a flower cheap arrangement. They were to be placed at a cemetary plot for Mothers Day with NO GLASS VASE. Delived via Doordash with a glass vase and delivrey person put the entire vase/flowers onto the holder for flowers which will inevitably fall over and broken glass everywhere. I am not available to fix the issue as I dont live locally. I feel like florist take advantage of that situation and make poor arrangements. Thankfully I got a picture of the delivery via DoorDash driver.”
“Purchased flowers for my Mother's funeral. When the flowers arrived they were the wrong color missing the Palm Frongs in a cheap looking wicker basket. Looked nothing like the picture. When put with other flower that were sent to the service these flowers were very underwhelming and the family was very disappointed. I contacted the company via email. The first response was $26 dollars off which I found to be a slap in the face. So, I contacted them again and after a long conversation the gave me another $14 off so, $40 off the $120 order so, I paid $80 for something I didn't order and even worse the flower arrangement that was sent was the worse looking arrangement at MY MOTHER'S funeral. Very embarrassing and disappointing. Will be taking my business elsewhere on the future.”

“Well there Checkout and payment center is a little sketchy. Google pay is an option to make this purchase but yet I get error saying that FYF is having trouble receiving my payment. So I call and they tell me that's not even a payment option of there's.... head scratcher. Then to top it off that it goes all the way as far as to taking my payment and still has not even asked me for a delivery address??? Customer service was not alot of help. Then to find out the I had a 3 day window on when my order would even arrive. ORDER CANCELED.”
“I would give this company a Zero if I was able too. I ordered flowers & Chocolate covered Strawberries for Mother's day, the strawberries were not properly packaged. They came in a thin cooler bag and one frozen ice bag. The chocolate was melted and the strawberries have a terrible smell, they are definitely not edible. I contacted customer service and they offered 30% refund I explained this is not acceptable as I am requesting a full refund on the strawberries. I was told someone would reach out to me and this morning I had a credit for not even half of the price. Buyer beware!”
“Well I order flowers for my partner and I will not recommend this site again as of the pictures shown and the flowers received are totally opposite for the price I rather buy from now on locally and deal with the flower shop. This is just a money making site that I have used for way to long and been disappointed with. I could have gotten way better service and better decoration for the amount I paid for the stupid little bouquet I received and then they only refunded me 30% after I asked for 50% or pick up this stupid bouquet and refund me all my money. I was supposed to receive 12 roses and only got 4. Do not use them as my personal opinion and experience.”
“Awful. I decided to try this company and beat the Mothers Day rush. My mother sent me a pic of what was delivered and ‘loves’ them but oh my word - I did NOT plan on spending over 70 dollars on 6 CARNATIONS and one lily!!! The company offered me a “20% product refund” (nothing for the $14.99 delivery fee, consumer fee, AND taxes etc.) which is ridiculous.

“Second time using this company. Last time they messed up so bad they gave me a $75 gift card as an apology. I told myself I'd never use the company again, but figured I'd at least use the $75.
Well, jokes on me, because this is simply the most inept company to ever exist.
Just like last time, there's another issue. And, just like last time, they cannot fulfill my order and so I have to go through their outsourced customer service to try to solve it. Bad news for me though, just like last time, their customer service doesn't know how to handle it.
So, I'll have to call again to get it fixed.
For simply sending flowers, this company acts like it's performing complex science or something. It's amazing how hard they make it to buy and send flowers.

“First time flowers were a day late, second order flowers were never delivered for a funeral despite paying a same day delivery and expedited delivery charge. I will NEVER use this company again. You are much better off ordering directly from the local florist. I guarantee you will be disappointed using this company. Don't be lured by the discount coupons and good prices.”
“Ordered same day delivery, and even put the order in a day ahead, but flowers did not arrive. I trusted this company with something so special and time sensitive. Instead of sending my 21 year old daughter a birthday card in the mail, I ordered flowers and a card. The kicker is, my daughter is a nun in a cloistered monastery. We miss her so much and wanted to surprise her on her birthday. Cloistered nuns don’t use phones (except for emergency), nor do they use personal email addresses. By the time the company confirmed the flowers were not delivered, I had no other way, on such short notice, to let my daughter know we were all thinking of her and miss her dearly.
I was told they would refund the same day delivery fee ($3.16) and deliver the next day. I guess we’ll see if they are able to deliver tomorrow. I was told sometimes the local florists don’t have the flowers in. No one offered to reach out to the local florist to see what went wrong. The daytime customer service was helpful. The evening crew ( I spoke to three different people) were pretty detached and didn’t seem to care.
Time sensitive flower delivery is about so much more than flowers. It’s about making sure the recipient knows they are loved on the day they will need it. This company isn’t concerned when they don’t fulfill what they promised or what you paid for. I would go directly to a local florist.”

Placed an order for a same day delivery for a location in a major city in the U.S. By 4pm, the receipient noted that the plant had not arrived, though the website stated that the delivery was completed at 10am. Here are the list of calls and contacts made
1) direct call #1, intended delivery date 4:30pm- customer service agent stating that delivery will likely happen later in the evening. cannot share the florist's information, but claimed that the florist likely falsely marked "delivered" earlier than the actual intended delivery time
2) direct call #2, intended delivery date 7pm - customer service agent stating that the delivery will now be postponed to later in the day OR the day after... cannot share florist's information
3) chat, intended delivery date 10pm - customer service agent stating that the delivery will possibly happen later in the night (??!)
4) e-mail, intended delivery date 11pm - customer service agent stating that the delivery will now definitely happen the next day but that the contracted florist will change to their "preferred one." will refund 50% original order
5) phone call, one day after intended delivery date 4pm - still no flowers delivered - customer service agent stating initially that the requested plant is NOT AVAILABLE WITH THE CONTRACTED FLORIST...?!!!!! and that the delivery will have to be pushed back to the day after. Upon demand for a FULL REFUND, they then "looked into it further" and now decided that the contracted florist does have the requested plant flower available and that the delivery will happen by 6:30pm... (they even offered a 25% refund in GIFT CARD??)
Still no resolution. No delivery. No refund. Recipient kept waiting for no reason at her inconvenience. This being a TYPICAL AMERICAN SCAM BUSINESS, all phone calls routed to international call centers where they have a script of lies to tell their angry customers. ABSOLUTELY AVOID”
“Picture one is the bouquet I spent $60 on with the fee to get the flowers delivered in 4 hours. By the way don't pay that cause I had to have my amount refunded due to the flowers not being delivered. Picture 2 is what was delivered. The vase is not the same, flowers are not full and pretty. This is absolutely a horrible bouquet to rip someone off for. I will never again use this company I could have went to the dollar store and bought flowers and made it look better than what was received.”
“Never, ever, order from them. I have never given a scathing review before but this is worth it😡. Ordered flowers 2 weeks before i needed them sent. I ordered what they showed on their web site only to find out at 4:50 on day of delivery that the particular bouquet I ordered is only a special occasion bouquet. I can choose something else to be delivered next day. The problem is the day I wanted it delivered was my mom’s 94th birthday. They had 2 weeks to fix this issue before delivery. I got a voice mail to return call and it said it was second call. I don’t have another voicemail from them. They could have simply emailed me back after the order to ask me to choose another bouquet. I am so angry after planning everything out for my mom’s BD and mother’s day since I am traveling during these dates. I will go back to ordering local. Such a disappointment.”
“I literally filled out the address that I wanted it sent to and I had my mom’s old work address saved but when I paid and I saw where it was going, it was supposed to go to the address that I just logged in and I screenshot it and it said it was going to the new address I called and they literally sent it to the pre-saved address and had a drive across town to go get it and I paid extra money to have same-day delivery. I asked for a refund they wouldn’t give it to me. I didn’t get my flowers on time because they dropped it off at the pre-saved address instead of reading what I put in, I will never use this company again save your money just go get flowers yourself”
“Worst experience ever! Didn’t deliver flowers in time. After contacting them several times the flowers still weren’t delivered a week later. Canceled order-which ironically they did immediately. Ordered flowers from Telefloral and they were promptly delivered the next day!”
