Promised to deliver flowers on my wife's birthday just to find out that they were not even prepared for delivery. Customer service hung up on me when I asked to track it. very unpleasant experience. The most important job is to be on time with the flowers, and they failed the test. Very stressful trying to make sure they would be delivered at all.

as with most everyone here I also had a horrible experience. Nobody died, no one was injured, but I did wnat my new wife to get flowers at work on her birthday. Well, yep, didn't get them. They did refund the money, but zero stars for me. I guess I should have slowed down and read reviews from this place....AVOID at all cost!!!

Omg!! Paid 122$ for same day delivery for my 84 yr old mom who broke her hip while in the hospital... it's been over 48 hours... still no flowers. They keep saying the flowers will be delivered, now get this... delivered yesterday! What?!?!?!?!

I feel as if I was being scammed on my order. In December, we were having a candlelight vigil for a student at our school. We ordered a large spray of flowers with guaranteed delivery before noon the day of the vigil. I placed this order a week in advance. The day of the event, when 12:00 rolled around, no flowers delivered. I called and said they were running late and no later than 3:00… which was fine. No flowers at 3:00. I called multiple times over the next 2 hours and customer service told me they could not give me any more info. Could not tell me who the florist was or anything. My last call to customer service was about 5:20, I was very upset as the event was scheduled at 6:00. Within 5 minutes of my last call, I got notification that the flowers were delivered. This was NOT the case. They were being delivered to ME! and I received nothing. I even drove around my neighborhood to see if they accidentally got delivered to the wrong house.. but nothing. I was livid. After the vigil, I called customer service again to explain they were never received and was offered free shipping on my next order. Like seriously?!?!?! I spend $130 and didn’t get what I paid for and that’s what they were offering me? I demanded a refund since I didn’t get the flowers and customer service would not give me the name of the florist so I could verify the order was even made. My refund was promptly granted once I made my point. I have NEVER experienced this kind of horrible customer service and I will never use From You Flowers again. I have learned my lesson and will call local florists from now on!

Sent flowers being promised they would be delivered the same day and was charged for it. The flowers never arrived I called and complained to a gentleman in another country and they said they would be delivered the next day. The only thing I can say is I will never use this site again and I will definitely call a local florist myself rather than to use from you Flowers. Now I am promised the flowers will be delivered tomorrow a day late!... I will never repeat this mistake by using them again.

Ordered flowers for a memorial service for a family that just lost their dad. We told them what to say on the card and it WAS written out and they left out a 1/3 of it. REALLY UPSETTING, called and were promised 20% back on card and it turned it they were giving 15% off. And they flowers did NOT even look like the photo. IF they do NOT have a STORE AVOID, really SAD business

I need a 0 stars option!! This is the worst company!! I was stupid and actually used them twice, both times were epic flops. Deluveries nog made on time despite paying extra. When I called to inquire I wanted to cancel the order and got a runaround and promised of discounts and upgrades.is this even a legit company that does deliver flowers?

I never write reviews but this experience particularly irked me. Ordered my mom an $90 deluxe bouquet for her birthday. My first payment was "unsuccessful" so I tried a different method, only to find out the first one actually went through as well as the second attempt, so I ended up paying twice. Whatever. Then, they emailed me to let me know A) they can't deliver on the date I selected, and B) they didn't have the flowers I paid for so they'd need to substitute. I wrote back to let them know this was completely fine as long as the bouquet they put together was still "deluxe" quality and worth the $90 I paid. I got a vague but apologetic email back and just assumed they'd take care of it. Anyway, I've tried to attach the pictures here of what I ordered versus what my mom got. I'll let you decide if you think it's acceptable. I could've done better at the grocery store with $20 if I wasn't halfway across the country. Contact and coordinate with local florists directly and support them instead of giving this company your money. I won't make the same mistake of ordering from them again.

This is the worst company ever. Please do not order flowers from them. I paid extra to expedite and gurantee a flowers delivery to a funeral home for a loved one. This company had the nerve to call me 1 hour to the start of service that they could nor deliver. And with jo remorse. Customer service is zero, reliability is zero. DO NOT DO IT!!!

Typical shyster flower Co. Watch out for the 20% discount pop-up. You'll click on it but at the final complete your order they don't apply it.... Even worse, they increased the product price.... I emailed my friend an FTD gift card instead.... You know, no good deed goes unpunished.... When dealing with fromyouflowers

I ordered flowers for a birthday delivery to take place on Saturday in the Bay Area; at 2:15 PST--still during the business hours -- I received an email saying they weren't going to be able to deliver until Monday but that would still mark the "special date" they were for. Um, no. I suspect they never intended to get it delivered on Saturday. Very displeased, I assumed the recipient already had them by 2 pm. The only credit I can give them is that I stewed about it for a couple of hours then wrote demanding cancellation and a refund and I got it fairly quickly the next day. I do NOT recommend them if you want to be sure of a specific delivery date. I have no idea if the flowers are in fact any good; I rather doubt that they would have made a fresh bouquet on Monday, but would have delivered the two-day old one (if they had even made it up on Saturday); they didn't say, if this happens to you you should ensure they are fresh on the delayed delivery date.

I order two standing sprays for my father’s funeral this week. They cost $403. The flowers were dead and one of the arrangements was up side down including the sympathy banner that read POP. I can’t find a customer service number to complain. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CALL A LOVAL FLORIST IN TOWN

I ORDERED 2 SETS OF ROSES AND THE ARRIVED IN A MISERABLE CONDITION VERY POOR SERVICE WITH ALL THE HANDELING CHARGES . I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

From You Flowers has had 3 opportunities to deliver something at least close to what is shown on their website. I understand the need for the disclaimer that the florist might have to substitute but 3 times I have ordered flowers from this company and 3 times they have not even come close to delivering what was ordered. In addition, twice the flowers arrived late. 2 times I received full refunds, no questions asked, which tells me From You Flowers is used to disappointing customers. This last time I got a 30% refund (totaling $12.99) I am guessing because even though the arrangement was not close to what was ordered, it did include a red and white bow (for Christmas) and it was delivered on time. Save yourself aggravation and order directly from the florist. Go on-line to see what florists are in the area of your recipient and look for their reviews. I firmly believe that From You Flowers uses the cheapest florist they can find and that's why the arrangements are less than desirable, and in my dealings with them, a huge disappointment. I will be contacting a local florist for any future needs.

I ordered a plant with expedited shipping for next day delivery. I heard nothing from the company, so I contacted them through their "customer service". I was told that the order was delayed and would not arrive for the expedited delivery time. I then waited until 4pm and still no delivery. I contacted customer service again and was told the delivery could not be made until 3 days after the initial delivery date. Needless to say this was unacceptable and the fact they thought this would work is crazy. I then had to wait on the phone before I was given a full refund - but still no product. Terrible way to run a business - shop elsewhere.

THE worst bouquet of flowers i have ever seen. The flowers that arrived bore no resemblance whatsoever to the photograph on the website. Different flowers were in the bouquet and the colours of flowers totally clashed. There were also plastic leaves in the bouquet which smelt horrible. I managed to get a small refund on the order but this didnt make up for the disappointment when the flowers arrived - total amateurs !!!!!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered flowers on December 11 to be delivered on December 26th for my friend’s birthday. It was very important that it arrive on time for her birthday because she is always forgotten on her day. The plant did not arrive on the 26th. I called and the person said it would be delivered the next day with an apology note. It wasn’t delivered on the 27th. I called again and this time they offered a $10 gift certificate. The plant was not delivered. I’m the 29th I called again. This time the person I spoke with followed up with the florist and emailed me. The plant was delivered but looked nothing like the picture. I was so embarrassed and disappointed. This plant cost me $62! I will not be using this service ever again!
