ordered flowers to be delivered anytime between 2/12 and 2/14. Received a call on 2/12 that they couldn't make that date but would deliver 2/13. Received a call on 2/13 that they couldn't make that date but would have them on 2/14 , in addition I would receive 10% off ( I haven't seen my card statement so I don't know if that's so). On 2/14 I received a call saying they would now be delivered 2/15, they would upgrade my flowers and give me a $20 gift cert. On 2/15 they told me they would come on Monday 2/17 ( which they did) haven't see a $20 gift certificate and I dont think they upgrade my order.)

Because I am abroad, I haven't seen my daughter in a few years but still wanted her birthday to be special - even in my absence; so I searched & found a local flower delivery that is close to her. The online assortments "appeared" visually beautiful; however, what was received was NO WHERE as full, colorful, or engaging to receive as I'd hope for. The ONLY things that were pleasant was the delivery date/time and the "Enclosed Card". (I have attached 3-pictures for review).

Read many good reviews for this company but was very disappointed in the flower arrangement that was delivered to my mom on Valentine's Day. The arrangement looked nothing like the picture on website. What a disappointment. The bouquet wasn't full, some of the flowers were missing and substituted mostly with greenery and the rose petal tips was turning brown. I will probably not order from this company again for the amount of money I paid for this arrangement.

Price (including a 20% military/veteran discount!) is what first attracted me, so upgrading from the Regular to the Deluxe arrangement, a Medium Box of Chocolates, and a Balloon was an easy upsell, totaling just over $100 after delivery charge and sales tax. What arrived from a regional grocery chain (Dillon's, NOT a florist) looked more like the advertised Regular arrangement! Also, there was NO Medium Box of Chocolates nor a Balloon! To their credit, the delivery person returned directly to the store and soon arrived with both missing items and an apology. Next time I will use 800-FLOWERS or FTD.

Lack luster. Where to start. I was truly hoping these were coming via a store in the county. They came boxed and shipped by UPS. Very little gypso. Two of the roses were limped over. Not one of the roses was open. The only thing I did like is that they actually arrived on Valentine’s Day. Yet, their appearance made it a very lackluster gift.

We got three really good bouquets from them and they turned out great. Well the weather went bad in our area and the flowers that were gonna get delivered tomorow are gonna go to the school, well school is closed tomorrow and they won’t let me change delivery address, and all they want to do is refund. Very dissatisfied.

Flowers were delivered late. It was hard talking to customer service due to language barriers. Representatives had very heavy accents and things were lost in translation. Two orders were supposed to be delivered to me. The first was delivered late but fine. The second was delivered and left at the front door. The delivery driver said she only needed to ring the doorbell not to make sure someone was home? It was an overall mess. Use another company!

I ordered sympathy flowers for a dear friend,When I went to the wake to my surprise they looked nothing like the arrangement I had selected. I will never again use your service, It was very embarrassing.

I wish I had read reviews beacese I recieved the wrong type of flowers and a diffent color. My wife likes stargazer lilies but I guess they were out so they subsituted a lower cost different color lily in its place. Will not order from here again, given you can not expect to get what you paid for when you order. Also I paid extra for next day delivery which I can not complain to much as 8PM is still part of the day.

I paid an additional fee for same day delivery, which never happened. I was reimbursed the $3 fee and they were delivered the following day. The flowers looked nothing like the advertised item. If I had read the reviews first, I would have never used this company.

I've ordered many times from them before with no complaints but this time was very disappointing. Below are images of what I ordered and what she received. I let them know and they said they'd refund me 20%. The cost of the flowers below was $63.63 including shipping. The refund, a whopping $7.43. I don't believe I'll be ordering from them again.

Twice now, sympathy arrangements have been completely different than what I ordered and paid for. This included the vases too. The receiver got way less flowers and not the good arrangement I chose, missing stuff like roses, lilies and fillers! Only have a photos of yesterday's delivery.

NEVER again will I use the online service of "From You Flowers". Bottom line the arrangement that I sought after on line, flower types/colors, the upgrade on the arrangement looked NOTHING like what was delivered. The delivery was on time. Call a florist local in the area that you want it delivered, and give them a couple days and don't wait til the last minute. You'll be happy you did.

The delivery was 2 days late and then just left on the front porch so no one knew it was there for 2 more days. There was no note to the recipient apologizing for the delay, as promised. My order wasn’t upgraded to a “fuller size,” as promised as a way of apologizing for the delay. What was delivered was NOTHING like what I ordered. I’m including photos of what I ordered and what was delivered.
