“Worst experience , I wrote them 5 minutes after I did the purchase to let them know that the shipping address was incorrect , they emailed me back and told me not to worry about it and sent me a confirmation with the correct shipping address but then the next day I got another email from them telling me to disregard the last email and that they couldn't do nothing because the product was already shipped...??? “I ordered the sports buddy. This is the first order I’ve placed thru Frost Buddy and I’m highly disappointed. It is advertised the sports buddy comes with a compass and whistle attached to the paranoid (which is the reason I ordered this style). Mine did not include the compass or whistle. I tried calling and couldn’t get a person on the phone, I have emailed their customer service 6 times now (which advertises 24/7 response) and I also commented on one of their Facebook ads and tagged them. I have not received a response to one message. Basically … false advertising.”
