When i received it both the items i bought had damaged boxes. it took over a week to get in contact with customer service so i hope i get the return and money back so i can buy the proper one! the return link, contact link, and other link do not work! Customer service does not respond enough or in time. they are barely any help. i just want my return so i can buy the one i want!”

I had an a miscommunication regarding a To Go Buddy purchased in which I thought a lid came with it and it did not. I contacted them explaining the situation and they immediately said a lid would be sent out. I received it in a week or so. No back and forth or saying "we'll see what we can do". “The universal is hand’s down an amazing product…I have about 10 of them and have gifted them, as well! I’ve needed customer service once and that was a perfect and seamless experience. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of shipping. Frost buddy has some of the slowest shipping I’ve experienced, not just once, but repeatedly. If purchasing for a gift I would suggest giving yourself a minimum of 3 weeks lead time. The last buddy I purchased didn’t come in a box so it makes it difficult for gift giving, as well. Some come in a box, others don’t so you never really know what you’re going to get in that regard.
Overall, the product is incredible and never fails to keep our drinks cold on the hottest summer day! Great product!”

I get emails from the company daily with offers for their other products. Meanwhile the product I actually order has been stuck in transit for the past two weeks without moving or updates. I’ve sent emails with no response from the company, other than promoting their products. I’d be happy to give the product a good review if I could just actually get what I paid for.”
