“I bought my fiance a to go buddy for Christmas and she is OBSESSED. I had to get one but went with the universal buddy xl and I use that thing for EVERYTHING. I more got it for 20 oz bottles and I’m a very slow drinker and it keeps it cold for atleast 18 hours. There’s been times I’ve worked a whole shift went to bed and when I woke up in the morning it was still cold! I’ve had other brands but nothing compares to frost buddy. It doesn’t lie when it says it fits everything you will ever need in it.”
“Love my to go buddy! Only issue was I thought it came with a lid? There looked like there was a lid on to go buddy in picture, so I thought it would have a lid? Sent in email to customer service and have not heard back?? Other than that, amazing product! Keeps drinks cold and also fits cups fro Starbucks, hot and cold. Love”

“Ordered 2 frost buddy’s … only received 1 … No notification no communication… I finally reached out to the company 3 weeks later and they said they had a “problem with upsells”?? 4 weeks later still have no notifications no updates no communication and unpaid for something I didn’t receive … very disappointed with this company … would not buy from again due to their lack of customer service and communication.”
“Worst experience , I wrote them 5 minutes after I did the purchase to let them know that the shipping address was incorrect , they emailed me back and told me not to worry about it and sent me a confirmation with the correct shipping address but then the next day I got another email from them telling me to disregard the last email and that they couldn't do nothing because the product was already shipped...??? (Even though I emailed them 5 minutes after I did the purchase and Even though they emailed me back the same day.
They even wrote on the emailed that if I didn't like it to send it back .(what am I supposed to send back if they didn't send it to me!!)”
“I purchased the universal buddy since I drink Sprite Zero in the bottle (16.9) ounces. The diagram (on the frost buddy bottom) and website indicates it fits 16 ounce bottles. Well it doesn’t fit. It was suggested by Frost Buddy Customer Service to pour out the bottle into the frost buddy which defeats the entire reason for the purchase. To speak nothing of the fact that it was designed for this sole purpose. So now I purchased the XL and I’m guessing it won’t fit in the cup holder of my truck, as indicated on the website. I’m hoping Frost Buddy is wrong again.”
