“the Frost Buddy is great. It keeps my beverage, usually a fermented malt product cold without cooling my hand too. That it fits different beverage containers is a good concept. It's also a liquid beverage container, with the optional drinking lid, is a design plus. An American company in nearby Illinois is also a good thing. My disappointment is that the product, although great, is manufactured in China. If it were Made in USA I would have awarded 5 stars.”
“Cool products, but jesus, the shipping is painful. Takes over 2 weeks just to ship, but with no communication. What reaching out to them to ask why, you get nothing but a generic email saying "due to high volume, shipments are delayed". So impersonal. Zero information in their reply. I even reached out on Facebook and got the exact same message, word for word. At the very least, se the expectation that nothing will ship for at least 2 weeks and there will be no communication until then.”
“Wish I had found frost buddy sooner, I use it everyday at work for my energy drinks and if course after work for my adult beverages. We took them to an all day outdoor concert in 90° heat and man did they keep our beverages cold. Thank you Brock”
“I ordered the sport buddy and the frost buddy. Would give both five stars but the frost buddy was a bit larger (circumference) and my arthritis kept me from holding it securely. It definitely is a five star from my daughter. She loves how it keeps her drinks cold, prevents the ice from melting and accommodates drink glasses from all her favorite restaurants… Starbucks, McDonalds, Jack in the Box… everything! I use my sport bottle every day- it’s a winner! We will probably order more! The only true negative I have is the packaging… both bottles arrived in their own lightweight cardboard boxes, but they were packed together in a small lightweight shipping envelope. They were squished in there! And the flimsy envelope didn’t protect the boxes from being smashed in transit. So I unpacked a very badly damaged envelope, certain the bottles would be damaged. Surprisingly, they were not damaged. That’s a testament to their durability, for sure. But from a customer standpoint, it isn’t a very comforting thing to have such a badly damaged parcel arrive… it doesn’t look like the company cares about the product (or my business?) enough to pack everything well and leave a great impression when it arrives! First impressions count!!”
“I ordered a VIP box that was suppose to be worth $400. It was not. I emailed Customer Service and they said they would make it right and send me a few more items. I haven't heard back or show anything sent. I'll update the review if they follow through.”

The videos make it look cool, but realistically, just pour your drink into a stainless steel cup and be done with it. This product is the tail wagging the dog, and it's $50 I regret spending.”

“Have ordered twice from Frost Buddy, will not be ordering again. I am located in Canada, first time ordering they did not inform me of the currency change and also received a $40 duty fee I was unaware I would be paying until UPS arrived at my door. Second time ordering they had updated their website so it did show the currency change. There was a promotion at the time that was for free shipping and duty fees prepaid. Once again UPS showed up at my door asking $50.00 import duty fees (was supposed to be prepaid by Frost Buddy). When contacting customer service they did not apologize for my inconvenience and asked that I still pay the import duty fees and would be refunded which honestly at this point I highly doubt will happen. Awful company to purchase from. It’s a shame, great product.”
