“All the universal XL's were shipped without the insert. I have 2 but only 1 insert was shipped. These are supposed to come with them and I have sent several emails asking for the 2nd insert and keep getting replies off both order # that I got it but only 1 was sent.”

“Ordered 3 Frost Buddy's for my husband, son and me. We all love them. My son and I went out, got Vente Starbucks, he got a frappuccino and I got an iced coffee. My son had to pull his frappe out of the Buddy to finish because it was iced at the bottom. I left my coffee in the car for two hours on a sunny 75+ degree day, when we got back it still had ice and wasn't watered down.”

“I received my order but it was poorly packaged and arrived damaged. I was told a replacement would be sent. After waiting almost 2 weeks, I receive an email telling me that it is out of stock and to pick something else. It was a birthday present so there wasn't another that I wanted. If they would have sent it immediately, I would have receive one before it was out of stock. I'm getting a refund and going somewhere else”
