After reaching out they resent the one that I was missing and another free buddy for my inconvenience. Well the one I initially ordered came but the 2nd free buddy has yet to show and after reaching out about it again requesting a picture of the package. I came to the conclusion that it wasn’t worth the trouble after 2 months of waiting for my other part of my original order. I love the product but after the trouble will never order again.”

C/S told me that it was returned but since I didn’t put the wrong address and that I had called to verify the correct address, they would reship the order. I still haven’t received it yet.”
“I like the concept of frost buddy. I bought 3, one for me and two for Christmas gifts. I purchased Lagoon for myself so my review will be based on that one. The packaging kept the product safe during shipping but there was a cardboard ring around the cup with its information on it, and this ring's adhesive stuck to the cup and was incredibly stubborn to come off, with and without water. My frost buddy now has a small patch on it that is a bit annoying and I try not to touch it. The colour of Lagoon looked way cooler on BOTH of my monitors and on mobile. In person the bottom half is a sparkly deep bluish purple, but I thought it would be a bluish black. Not a huge issue but still, a second knock. The frost buddy fits in the car cupholder without issue but it only feels secure in the deepest cupholder, which is the one closest to my leg while driving. This doesn't workout too well for me personally so when I used it, I used the passagenger cupholder and just kept my right hand close by to stabilise it. I tried my frost buddy with a Starbucks large iced coffee. I found that there is too much space in the frost buddy and the coffee cup slides all the way down and the lid gets stuck on the rubber covering, risking it popping off and causing a huge mess. Very difficult to retrieve the cup and adjust it once it's inside. Might not be great for the car but maybe frost buddy is better suited for a day at the beach or camping. I haven't been able to test its capability to keep the drink colder for longer. Thank you!”
“The To-Go buddy truly works i got a dunkin frozen coffee at 2pm and it was still ‘frozen’ at almost 9pm and in between that time it got colder and actually froze a bit and the universals (2.0 and xl) keep my cans nice and cold. i use my xl daily for AriZona tea and hours later it still has that fresh out of the fridge cold feel”
“They are not as expected , I add my cup to frost buddy and they become too heavy and flip out of car console . I bought the large ones that for up to 32 oz cups . Cups don’t fit all the way in . So disappointed in performance .”
