I never received my order due the wrong address being put in by accident. I contacted the company 5 days ago to rectify the issue and have not heard anything back from them.

Awesome drink cooler, 5 out of 5, but 1 star for the super annoying amount of emails sent by this company, even after unsubscribing from emails. Awful practice Frost Buddy. Don't buy if spam annoys you.

Sent you two orders last week, both confirmed. First order #FB506204, confirmed, nothing from you since. I replied to the confirmation on 11/14 and again on 11/16. There has been no reply from either. Second order #FB506680, confirmed, packed and shipped. This has been sitting in GA since Friday, it's on its way. Yet I can't get anyone to give me a status update on my original order, just trying to figure out if the order got lost, or items not available. I know it has been crazy for you with the the Black Friday Sale, but when a customer reaches out, response would be nice.

Seriously??!! I have been dealing with “trying” to get my order for the past 2 weeks. I was sent “1” universal buddy…..but I ordered “2” To Go Buddies. Now…..since this has dragged out for so long…..I’m being told that the 2 items I originally ordered are no longer in stock!!!😡😡😡 😡 This is very poor customer service as far as I’m concerned!!!

I am very disappointed in my experience I placed an order on 10/29 and paid for expedited shipping and I have yet to receive my order. I have reached out for a status update but have been told there have been delays and to be patient l. This was a birthday gift for someone for 11/5.

I never received mine! I ended up cancelling it, I was so irritated! I kept an eye on it watched it get delivered to Dallas then Fort Worth stayed for a couple of days then it went somewhere north! I do not remember what town or state. It stayed there for a week or so. So I decided to cancel it I'll be danged if I didn't receive an email saying it was delivered! I called and I had a bed connection. So I called off my land line. The lady said something had already been started on it and someone would call me back on my landline. No one has yet to call me back!

My original order said it was supposed to arrive on the 3rd of November. I emailed customer service on the 9th of November asking what the status was and was told to wait another week before they would try shipping it again. Still haven't received most of my order. Had much higher expectations..

All my other orders were great no.problems. This last one has been a nightmare. I received an email stating that it hasn't moved and, your people were watching it. Well since then it has been crickets on your end. I like the products however I will probably not purchase again. Now it has been 2 weeks. Not to mention the price we as customers pay for these items they all should come with lids.

I ordered on October 30th and still no cup. I contacted Frost Nuddy and they said a delay with USPS lately. My tracking says still waiting for the product so it can be sent. Not happy with the service. I think I should request my money back. Should not take this long.

I still have not received my orders. It was ordered Oct 30 and has not even moved to usps yet! Someone please look into my orders !! I was hoping to have them this week for a bday and to order for Xmas once received but now that won’t happen

My first order was somehow lost and I contacted customer service to just cancel the order and then was sent another email stating they were sending another order to me at no additional charge to me. I informed them several times to cancel and NOT resend and also asked why if I had wanted an order why any additional charges to me would even have been considered as all I did was place an order and they had lost it. They eventually reimbursed me but will never order from them again. Order never delivered so can’t comment on product.

I paid an extra 12 dollars to receive my frost buddy early. Ordered it on October 24th I think and STILL have not received it!

I thought it was absolutely unprofessional to charge me for one that wasn’t in stock anymore and even add it to the packing list as if it were shipped.
