“Excellent product overall. Extremely durable and the universal design makes it the perfect product for almost any beverage in most containers. I just purchased a second one. The only reason I could not give a perfect 5 star rating is the price. While this is a great product, the price is less than competitive. If it was more affordable, it would be as close to perfect as something like this can be.”
“I’m very happy with this. I ordered the cup and ordered a lid/ straw but, when the lid arrived, I could tell it was the wrong lid. I had called the number and was expecting to leave a text but, I messed up and hung up the phone. Customer service, Jason called right back. What service!!! I’m still waiting for my lid replacement though. I’m very happy with the service”
“Very pretty cup. Got the style that is advertised as fitting all sizes of disposable cups. It was never stated that you need to use the enclosed rubber ring on the top of the cup to hold small and medium drink cups. The rubber ring pulls off when removing the disposable drink cup and is annoying to pull off the disposable cup and place back on the Frost Buddy cup.
I could have just continued to use my old Yeti that had napkins stuffed in the bottom!”
“The product is great. However you need to put the product in boxes to ship. The boxes that the product is in comes all smashed because you ship it in a bag. I was annoyed because it was a gift. I was offered a discount for a future purchase. I didn’t want a discount for a future purchase. I just wanted a box that wasn’t all smashed that was all.”
“Love my to go buddy! Only issue was I thought it came with a lid? There looked like there was a lid on to go buddy in picture, so I thought it would have a lid? Sent in email to customer service and have not heard back?? Other than that, amazing product! Keeps drinks cold and also fits cups fro Starbucks, hot and cold. Love”
“Bought the to-go buddy hoping that in the great white north here (Canada) I could slide my drive-thru coffee cup in to it. Sadly I over estimated the size of the to-go - the coffee cups fall waaaaaay down and the silicone topper only serves to pull the lid off my coffee while the full cup decends down into the abyss. I cut a piece of pool noodle to stuff at the bottom to MacGyver it and it keeps my coffee toasty. Looking at our VIP FB group everyone seems to have the same issue trying to fit coffee cups inside one of the Frost Buddies. Can you make a Hot Buddy?! :)”

“I love the Thicc buddy! The color is amazing, the size, the handle, the chapstick holder and the multipurpose lid. I am only concerned that my cup does not seem to hold ice as long as others. My water is cold. Just not ice at the end of 2 hours. Hopefully I figure out what I can do to remedy this issue.”
“I have been happy with the Frost Buddies I have. They keep my cold drinks cold for an extended time. The last one I bought looked a true red online but in reality was an orange red. I'm very disappointed in that.”
