“I ordered from Frost Buddy for the first time this year. My office has given us the Frost Buddy Koozies (not sure of the official name) and I've really enjoyed mine. This year for part of my girls Christmas and niece's birthday . . . I ordered the To-Go Buddies. One of them wasn't the color I was expecting (Northern Lights) but that's a tricky item to take a picture of and get an accurate likeness . . . I imagine. When I reached out to Customer Service . . . “My package said it was delivered when it wasn’t. After contacting customer service the first time they said maybe it wasn’t delivered yet and check with your local post office. After contacting them 3 more times I’m told a replacement has been sent out but there is no tracking number. Let’s see if this one ever arrives. So much for this being a Christmas gift as at this point I don’t expect it to arrive before Christmas. I’m not sure it’s going to arrive at all”

I only wish that the To-Go Buddy didn’t have so many pieces. 3 is not a lot but when I have a large drink I need to find a place to store the other 2 pieces. It is great otherwise. “I didn't have a good experience initially when ordering from you it took 3 days to ship my order then it took a few more days after making a call to find out when it was being shipped and expected arrival date. Then again I had to make another call as to when it was expected to be delivered after a week of not knowing. Finally after getting an update it took approximately 2 weeks to get my order and one of my items the box was smashed. Very disappointed with shipping and condition my order came when being charged extra for shipping. DISAPPOINTED!!!!!”
