“I truly love this thing! I love it because unlike my other cups, I don't have to pour anything into it, so I don't have to constantly wash it. All the cups I buy beverages in fit just as they are. Yes, it stays cold, ice doesn't melt for a super long time, hot stays hot a long time also. I spend quite a lot of time in my car and this is just perfect!”
“Use my universal buddy for everything. Only problem I have is the coffee lids break at the swivel point. I've had two that the little nipples break. Also, can't seem to be able to order black coffee lids. Thanks, guys.”
“I purchased a Frappuccino and placed it in my Frost Buddy. I had a meeting that I had to attend and did not get back to my Frappuccino until 3 hours later. It was frozen in the bottom and the rest of it was the same consistency that it was when I purchased it.”
“Firstly, these cups are amazing quality. They're actually bigger than I expected them to be, and the designs I ordered, Black Leopard To-Go & Purple Gradient To-Go, are really cute. They work like a charm as well, it kept the iced coffee I had cold all day - I got the coffee at 9am and still had ice in the cup by 4pm!
The only negative opinions I have is that I ordered two at the same time, but never got the second one until I sent an email asking where that second one was (which was a three month gap). I got it quickly enough once they realized the error, but it didn't come with a cover. That ended up being okay, as the second one was a gift that was just going to be used as an iced coffee insulator, but I am a bit confused as to why a cover wasn't sent with a cup.
All in all, it is a great product and I would suggest getting one.”
“Customer service could use some work. I ordered a To Go Buddy and it took a while to receive it. I wasn’t informed they were out of stock of the color I wanted. The only way I knew that was by writing several emails over the course of several weeks. Also, I was supposed to get a lid with my frost buddy but didn’t get one. I ordered one on my own, but got the wrong size. I requested an exchange for the right lid, but was told to take a picture of the lid I received. I shouldn’t have to “prove” I have the wrong lid. Furthermore I should have gotten the correct lid with my initial order to begin with. I can’t recommend Frost Buddy to anyone, which is too bad because it is a good product.”
“I was so excited to get my Frost Buddy. It came in pink and I ordered purple. Customer service
was great. At first I thought it didn’t fit the DD large but once I took the rubber piece off - the large fits great. I love my cup so much I ordered another one.”
“The product is Fair, all it truly does it stops the sweating from dripping on your table. The largest dunkin donuts overlaps the top, however the delivery was the worst ever, they blamed it on USPS however I believe that was not the case, nothing takes 10 days to get from PA to NJ.”
“I really love the frost buddy such an amazing product as I am an iced coffee addict. Definitely solves the sweaty cup and melting ice problems. However I was really disappointed it didn't come with the lid that was pictured. I feel like that should have been specified more clearly. Especially for the price that was more than a little disappointing to learn I need to buy a lid even though it was pictured with the product and then to find out they are out of stock. That's why I gave 4 stars. Other then that a beautiful and well made product.”
“The product is solid. It works as intended but word of advice: if you already have multiple stainless steel tumblers that fan fit regular cups/bottles in, just buy the silicone mold they sell. You'll save space in your cabinets and more $ in your pocket.”
