I have messaged through the app twice without any message back in regards to my order # fb486554 in which I ordered a neon purple ToGo lid which I received one that is pink but the bumpers were just as I ordered. I usually get good customer service and yes I have needed it a few times due to bad luck with my first to go buddy the glow in the dark one being defective and the lid broken on the my purple gradient and you’ve graciously replaced them and I appreciate it, and that’s why I’m very surprised I never have heard back about receiving a pink lid.”
“Fits cans well 12 oz slims is what I use most. But dose not really work for long necks as advertised. Can pull the bottle out of the top with out un screwing it”

“I have enjoyed my frost buddy until today. I grabbed a 12 pack of my favorite beer (Coors Light) and it does not fit the can. I had 16 oz and it fit great without the sleeve. But when I used the 12 oz Coors cans the frost buddy does not hold it. Though I’m not too upset because the beer does not stay in the can long because there is a big hole in the top, I do wish there was a way that my frost buddy could hold the 12 oz can as well.”
