“I ordered my frost on November 16th and I still haven't received it. My friend ordered hers right after me. She got hers a week ago. I will never order from again.”
“I received 3 of the 4 items I ordered (the fourth was “no longer available” but still on the website), and one of the items I received was wrong. Returned all 3 items I did receive and have yet to see a credit for ANY of the items I ordered - including the one that never shipped.”
“Had to purchase a 2 pack, because the version of Frost Buddy wasn’t available for individual purchases. Paid extra for express shipping. Only to find out “they make them for each order.” That being said, not sure why there was only the option to buy a 2 pack if they make them once they’re ordered. Which eventually came 6 weeks later… The kooz is a cool idea though. Just allow a 2 month grace period if interested.”
“Ordered the UniversalXL EARLY because the idea of 12, 16, Big Arizona and Twisted tea cans in one koozie seemed great.
It showed up late, so no use for labor day weekend. It was missing the 12/16oz can adapter, that took another few weeks.
Ordered the "use it as a cup" lid, that doesnt fit.
And now new marketing shows that you need a second special lid ring to fit the Arizona Cans which dont fit in the one I have.
All in all pretty overpriced and disappointed in something called "Universal", plus getting ahold of customer service has been lackluster with things like "send us a video" even though the video has been sent, no replies.
I have the OG FrostBuddy and its great. I dont think I'll be looking at a third or suggesting it to friends after this experience.”

“My joe buddy is beautiful but I bought it because I drive a school bus, and I wanted something to keep my coffee hot! Not even an hour, and my coffee is lukewarm! I love the universal and it’s wonderful! But somethings wrong with the Joe body when Ozark keeps my coffee hotter!”
“I love the product and the frost buddies are the best coozie on the market. With that being said the shipping dept is far from decent. I ordered 2 buddies and 1 got here on time. After reaching out they resent the one that I was missing and another free buddy for my inconvenience. Well the one I initially ordered came but the 2nd free buddy has yet to show and after reaching out about it again requesting a picture of the package. I came to the conclusion that it wasn’t worth the trouble after 2 months of waiting for my other part of my original order. I love the product but after the trouble will never order again.”
“I ordered a 20 oz Joe Buddy. I like the size and that it is narrow at the bottom. BUT it does not hold the beverages warm that long. I'm disappointed that my coffee is cold within a couple of hours.”

“The rubber gasket is not sturdy and does not hold the cup. My cup slid all the way down to the lid resting on the rim of the Frost Buddy and eventually the lid popped off. I own 5 of the universal buddies and was really excited for this one but unfortunately it just doesn’t work.”
