“I still have not received my orders. It was ordered Oct 30 and has not even moved to usps yet! Someone please look into my orders !!
I was hoping to have them this week for a bday and to order for Xmas once received but now that won’t happen”
“My first order was somehow lost and I contacted customer service to just cancel the order and then was sent another email stating they were sending another order to me at no additional charge to me. I informed them several times to cancel and NOT resend and also asked why if I had wanted an order why any additional charges to me would even have been considered as all I did was place an order and they had lost it. They eventually reimbursed me but will never order from them again. Order never delivered so can’t comment on product.”
“Glow universal buddy works, keeps water bottle cold for extended time. Only issues are a 16.9 Aquafina bottle doesn't allow the collar to be attached, maybe a better fit with the xl buddy. Other issue is shipping is crazy slow, they give tracking (print label) immediately but actual shipping time for product is much too slow.”
“My only complaint is that it says the to go buddy fits a large Dunkin Donuts cup, but it does not. The photo used shows a Dunkin medium cup, but it says a large, but it definitely does not fit a large at Dunkin.”
“I recently bought my first Buddy and I absolutely love it. I have at least four other kind of Koozies, including Yeti. The Buddy is by far the best one. Now I can finally be rid of the others, because this fits every bottle or can I use.”
