“It leaks. Works great with the straw, but if I want to sip anything, it leaks all down the front of my shirt. My white linen shirt. Both of them. Tried it again today and really pushed and screwed the top on. Still leaks. Do they all leak or just mine? If it's just mine, I'd like a replacement, please. Upside, love the Nebula color!”
“Nice looking, keeps hot coffee hot for hours. My one issue is the leak proof lid. I am forever on the search for one, as I travel with it every day in a bag. The lid may be leak proof, but it also pops off the tumbler, at least with hot coffee in it. It went all over my car/bag when it tipped over in my tote. I need one that the lid will not pop off and will keep the liquid inside. For people that don't need absolutely 100% leak/spill proof tumblers, it's great.”
“I thought I could put my cup inside with the lid but I still have to pour my tea from the to go cup to make it spill proof. I do like that it keeps my drink cold”
“It would be a perfect 5 star but, my order arrived damaged. I tried to call and was on hold close to an hour before hanging up. Sent an email and no reply. I've ordered alot from Frost Buddi. This is my very first time having an issue.”
“I love the Togo buddy but the fact that none of the accessories match the nebula is very disappointing. I tried black blue and purple and none compliment the cup at all.”
“My second order of a frost buddy was not quite the experience I saw coming. After several weeks of not receiving my frost buddy cup I called customer service and they helped me resolve my issue. They told me that my cup was still in the warehouse and they would order me an extra one and expedite me a new one out. This might be the last one I order.”
“Love the size and lip balm holder. I’m somewhat disappointed with the lid. While I like that I can drink from it several ways, I find it not all that easy to put it on. As far as keeping my water cold, I don’t believe it does any better than other brands I use.”

“I have to admit, I was influenced by good ads on social media. The cup is no better than any other cup in this category of product. While the Chapstick holder in the key clip are kind of cool, the cup is still very unbalanced very heavy and unwieldy. It also does leak if knocked over just like the Stanley,”
“I ordered the nebula bundle, the hibiscus piece and a glow in the dark piece. I love love love the color of the nebula bundle but it doesn't seem to keep ice line I expected, sometimes not even overnight it's pretty though and I use it every day. I never received the hibiscus or the glow in the dark pieces. Customer service told me to be patient, the carrier said they didn't receive it. My loss I suppose”
