“I love it, it’s beautiful but, what is that tiny hole at the top for? Not the straw hole, the other one. I don’t use the straw and when I tilt it up to drink water comes out of that hole. Other than that it’s great.”
“Love my universal buddy XL for big cans, would be nice if it had a sip cap. That way we can pour a liquid straight into the cup. I would pay for interchangeable caps. Cap for 24 oz snug but works! Thx”
“Your products are great. I love the universal buddy it works perfectly and it's absolutely my first true love. Then I saw the possibilities of the thicc buddy, it's awesome too. I like the gasket idea for the drink thing it does, it's perfect. Then I really liked the lid too, I liked that it was water tight unlike the other tumblers out there and it's a screw on so it won't just pop off. So that took me to the ToGo buddy. I was hoping the ToGo buddy also had that same screw on lid, was just slightly disappointed it didn't. Love it for what it is with the gasket. I rate 4.5 stars cause I kept wanting more buddies!!!”
“It keeps drinks, mainly watter bottles I've tried' fairly cold. I wish this one was a little taller and a little wider, since the mount of bottle exposed now keeps the Frost Buddy from working as good as it could.”

“I love my new Thicc Buddy; hot pink is bright and cheery. I deducted one star because my lip balm fell out; never to be seen again. Brock is there any way you can come up with a little cap or something on the top of the handle, to prevent the lip balm from falling out? I was carrying my empty Thicc Buddy out of work headed to my car. I didn’t realize the lip balm had fallen out until I got home. Appreciate it!”
“Despite calling this edition of the Frost Buddy "universal" it isn't. I have had to "shim" cans and bottles in it so they don't flop around or slide into my face when I try to drink from those cans or bottles.”
“I absolutely loved my Frost Buddy. It’s the perfect size and fits in my cup holders perfectly. My only complaint is that the handle detached from the cup after 2 months of use. However, customer service did make things right for me and I greatly appreciated it.”
“I absolutely Love my Frost buddies. I have a 40oz Thicc, 2 to-go buddies. And 2 can coolers. They are awesome. I’ve had the Thicc keep ice for close to 36 hours. I buy them as gifts for teachers, family, and friends.
My only complaint is that when you buy a to-go buddy with the lid included, they don’t come with a straw.
Also, we need more handle and bumper colors.”
“My new Frost Buddy performs admirably. I have only used it a week and I’m already in love . Please note two things: 1. The finish is already scratched and I am very careful so this is disappointing. 2. When I use the cup without a straw and I have to really tip it up to get the last of my drink, my chapstick slides out of its holder and hits me in the face. Not ideal.”
