However, I'm not thrilled to learn that the new To-Go Buddies will no longer come wiht the lid. Part of the "sell" of the To-Go Buddy for me is that it's not JUST for to-go beverages and comes with the lid for the price point. Without the lids, I would not have purchased 3 To-Gos for myself.”

I ordered 2 limited edition 5 O'clock universal buddies and only received 1. It's been almost 3 weeks since I received the one item, I have reached out to customer service and I still don't have an answer as to when I will be receiving my second item.”

“Great product so far. It’s great to have a container that the beers and seltzers I drink in various sizes fits and keeps them cold. Great that I do not have to put it in the freezer before use. Only issue I had was how long I thought it took to receive it. But after talking to your Customer Service team found out that what I ordered was a custom engraved frost buddy and delivered on time. That’ was on me!”
