“Love our Frost Buddies, have probably 10 in our house and gave out another 10 for gifts! Within the past year, have had a few issues with orders which is why I dropped a star. When I first ordered sports buddies a year ago, never got the free bumper that was supposed to come with it but let it go as I was not too concerned. When I ordered my To Go Buddy, the package was damaged and the flip top lid was broke (realize this happened during shipping but their packaging is not the best). Contacted customer service and was offered 20% off next order but they could not give me a replacement lid, nor could I order one. Recently ordered replacement lids for my kids 40 oz sports buddies and the black lid has an issue and does not fit properly. Contacted customer service after several back and forth conversations, was ultimately given a refund. Would have liked to get confirmation if another color lid would have fit my current buddies but they were not able to do that so still without a lid. However, that aside, the products are great!”
“In my experience the customer service is fantastic. I’ve needed their help with both orders I’ve received so far and they have been great. I would suggest the description of products be more straightforward though. I’d also suggest more quality control to help prevent the need for customer service. I’ve ordered from your company 3 times now and needed customer service both times I’ve received the product. Overall, I’m pleased with my experience with Frost Buddy.”
“I ordered 5 sports buddy’s for my kids and myself, and we love them overall. I ordered 2 for myself and the second one I ordered I had a little issue with the lid. The part you suck out of wobbled from side to side to where it was like sucking almost straight air. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement lid. The replacement lid I received was better than the original but, not perfect like the 1st sports buddy I ordered. It’s wobbly as well but is functional. The sports buddy keeps our drinks cold for a while, and that’s nice. I love the paracord lanyard and the bumper on the bottom they come with so you don’t scratch it or dint the bottom. Over all I think it’s a decent product and I will purchase things from here in the future.”
“Love the products, prices are good, free shipping is great! My only complaint is it seem to take longer than 10 days to process the order before it was shipped. This is why I only did 4 out of 5 stars. If you can speed that up, should be a 5 out of 5 every time!!”

The only negative comment I can provide is I ordered one of the NFL Universal options on May 7 and it has not shipped yet nor have I received any updates to this point regarding that order except for one where I reached out to them.”
“Products are excellent and customer service very helpful. Minus one star for how long it takes for orders to be fulfilled and shipped. Packages arrive very beat up, which isn’t Frost Buddy’s fault. Paying extra for Route is completely pointless when you can track your shipment through usps anyway. Would be helpful if they let customers know on their website if they are choosing a “pre-order” color that could take more than 2 months to arrive. I ordered one as a gift and had to change the color because I couldn’t wait 2 months for it.”
“This is my second purchase with Frost Buddy...the first one was a To Go Buddy which I love and this purchase was for 2 of the universal buddys for my husband and I. For years I have had a Thermos can koozie which it basically attached to my hand. I got a frost buddy cause I love the colors and love the ability for it to fit most drinks....I don't like it as much as my thermos can koozie, I am a can coke drinker and I just don't feel like the frost buddy keeps it as cold for one and two it seems to go flat in the frost buddy and i dont know why. I was looking into returning them but I have discarded the packaging. With that being said I love my to go buddy!!”

“Very nice product. The color was true to the picture. It does a very good job of keeping drinks cold until the end. I’ve not tried anything with ice yet, so I can’t comment on how well it does there. It would be nice if it came with more specific instructions on how to fit certain drinks. It took a couple of minutes to realize that the rubber seal had to be pushed up to fit a longneck. I’m certain we will buy more.”
“I originally ordered a frost buddy from Amazon, the order was not prime so I paid for shipping and the listing said it came from the actual frost buddy company. I was so excited since I was ordering this as a gift for a friends anniversary, they love to go to the beach so this would be perfect! However, the shipping said 5-7
Business days. This product took almost TWO WEEKS. At this point it was way past the anniversary date and I still had never received the product so I messaged the company to cancel. They did cancel the order and refunded everything including shipping charges. I didn’t put a bad review or anything just to cancel my order, I understand how things can get backed up and what not. I ended up ordering another one directly from the website that I thought my friend would like. It can right when it said and she LOVESSSSS IT! A few days after, to my surprise, I received a package from frost buddy. They had sent me two lovely gifts!! I believe for the unfortunate situation I had with the shipping from ordering on Amazon but I must say directly from the website is the way to go. It ended up being a few cents cheaper & the customer service is truly spectacular! They send such fun emails about their journey and how excited they are to build sales. I thought the company was truly lovely, the only reason I didn’t put five stars was the experience through Amazon but had that not happened, I would give 5 stars all the way! I appreciate the gift and thank you for your personal interest in your customers! I sent the second delivery straight to my friends house so the picture is what hey had sent me.”
