“cheap plastic insert, not metal like my other frost buddy, does not fit bottles or cans that I buy in a 6 pack or greater, if it was made for drinks sold at a convenience store I wouldn't know because it will not fit in any cup holder so I d not carry it around outside.”

I got an email stating there is a shipping issue however no one will answer my email or text to help me to find out where my order is or if you will even re-issue the order. “I REALLY love my Frost Buddy products! The 1 thing they could improve on is their packaging for shipping. Almost every single package I’ve ordered - the boxes have been smushed beyond belief due to shipping and sometimes my items arrive dented. If they could improve their packaging to sturdier materials- they would have my 100% A+ support !”
“I loved my first order so much I ordered another round. This round had great prints and shipped fast, but I have to say that the quality isn't the same. All three of the mouth pieces are rough in the inner part. I still use it but am careful about scratching my lips. This isn't something that can be seen in a picture but feel.
I do love the fact that the bottles come with a boot and handle. I do get compliments on mine.”
