My last purchase was made on a Saturday I believe and was done literally 2 minutes before I got the email about the BOTW. Well I wanted to trade one of the TGB's that I had just ordered for one of the BOTW design. I immediately contacted customer service and was told that the design I was asking about wasn't a design you carried....I was totally confused since I had just gotten the email about the design! In any case, the CS person didn't realize that it actually was a design so my order went out as it was and now I have 2 TGB's that are exactly the same and not one Blue Camo and one Gunmetal Glory as I requested. REALLY disappointing but I know I'm only 1 person and 1 order in the grand scheme of things so...”
“I have been happy with the Frost Buddies I have. They keep my cold drinks cold for an extended time. The last one I bought looked a true red online but in reality was an orange red. I'm very disappointed in that.”
“I ordered from company. Cup came without cover, I called them and person on the other end said we are out of white covers. Okay I said send me a cup that has one. I can’t do that. Then I said send me a label prepaid . So I had to get cup ready and send back.”
