“While I like the usefulness of frist buddy and have several of them from the previous couple years, the last time I ordered two Halloween ones in late September I didn't receive them until December and that was only after emailing multiple times in November that I still didn't even get tracking info yet. After all that one of the two was something I ordered but for some reason the other was some random Christmas one. If they went out of stock they should have said something or refunded the order. But also maybe they wouldn't have been out of stock if they hadn't taken 3 months to fill the order...”
“This is the second FB I have ordered as a Christmas gift. My first was received pretty quickly. This order that I paid extra for shipping wasn’t received in the stated timeframe. I chatted with a representative and my shipping was reimbursed. This was the only reason for the 4 ⭐️. I am waiting on delivery.”

So as much as I’d love to leave a good review I can’t because I received the wrong item and emailed frost buddy 4 days ago about it and still haven’t gotten any response from anyone on the frost buddy team…. I love frost buddy, but this was supposed to be a Christmas present and I don’t think I’ll be able to gift it now because it’s not the correct one.. very poor customer service for advertising 24/7 customer service…”
“They have pop up ads as your checking out and orders you things you didn’t want. Then their return process sucks!!! Not easy customer service is slow. Their website is missing information when you click on links or does not work. Not happy with my first experience with this company will not be ordering anything else. Still waiting for a refund on my return 😑”

“Ordering was fine except I was offered a “deal” for 2 more at a reduced price via a pop up. Refusing the deal was confusing and I ended up saying I’d buy the deal. I was unable to remove the deal from my order. I feel I was “tricked” into buying 2 more than I wanted to.”

“I'm loving the frost buddy water bottle. The only thing that I'm a little bit eh with is the Mouthpiece being hard, but I still like the fact it's straw like. I would love to have had a choice to have a soft mouthpiece. I still love it though. It keeps my water cold all day and it's easy to carry around.”
“Normally I wouldn't write a review, but since I keep getting "reminders" to do so, I will. I feel duped my this company. The product is worthless. The bottles I drink out of are roughly the same as a beer bottle, no bigger around but slightly shorter, and it just jiggles around. When used as a tumbler it doesn't keep drinks warm or cold any longer than a regular cup. And if you want a return, good luck. The links to set it up don't work and there is zero response to any messages to customer service. Definitely the worst purchase I made this holiday season and won't be gifting it to anyone.”
