“Product is great, I ordered my third Frost Buddy, the XL...although great, I was disappointed the insert was not included. Apparently there was a supplier issue with these but I wish that would have been noted in my order so I could have decided if I wanted to wait or contine with order. I did reach out to customer service and they were very prompt with letting me know the issue and one will be sent once the inserts are available...no ETA on when this will happen.

“Love the products!! Before receiving one of my deliveries I received a detailed email from the company explaining a mix up and that as soon as the inserts were done they were shipping them out. I absolutely love and admire companies that recognize an issue and immediately work on fixing and contacting customers explaining what happened.
