“NOT impressed! It really doesn't keep my canned sodas cold, like it advertises. I have a reusable Starbuck's coffee cup, it doesn't fit. My favorite beer, Coors Light, doesn't fit. Way to heavy when there is a beverage in it. I would not recommend.”
“Product is great, but feel like I got duped on last purchase. I purchased a buddy xl because in ad said could bevused as a cup, this was what I wanted, ice tea or coffee in the mornings, cold beer for after work. They don’t have or make the cup lid”
“Fits cans well 12 oz slims is what I use most. But dose not really work for long necks as advertised. Can pull the bottle out of the top with out un screwing it”

I would probably buy another one but not from this company. The shipping time to get it was the longest I've ever waited to get anything Ive ever ordered plus another 5 days. This alone will keep me from buying this brand again. Anyway, Ill use it for now until I try something else.”
“So overall it is a decent product, keeps my drinks cool for about an hour longer than Normal. I was expecting more, my drinks are about frozen when I take them out of my mini fridge. My expectations were they would stay cold for most of the day it typically last a few hours.”
“I ordered 2 frost Buddies 1 for my daughter MT & 1 for my niece NY. My daughter got hers just fine and Minnie somewhat timely manner two weeks, but my niece in New York did not receive one. I see today that a pink cancer one is being mailed to her. I am a little confused. I didn’t order that mug I wanted the AF one for her. Can you help me out with this please!”
“The description on the main web page said that a lid was included if shown in main picture. The color I ordered was shown with a lid but it didn’t come with one. Of course the black lid you can purchase separately is out of stock. So far it has not been consistent at keeping ice from melting completely throughout the day.”
“I love the products and I will order more in the future. I have many items from Frost Buddy, and have given them as gifts. However, the customer service is failing as of late. I ordered 2 limited edition 5 O'clock universal buddies and only received 1. It's been almost 3 weeks since I received the one item, I have reached out to customer service and I still don't have an answer as to when I will be receiving my second item.”
“I love the cup for my grandson but the rim of the lid was broken when I received it. I have reached out to see if I could get just the lid replaced and sent to me but I have not heard back from anyone.”
“As a "coozie" its bulky and heavy. The silicone gasket almost gets in your way when drinking. Very close to the lip of the can. I ordered it straight off of the IG link that says "free lid" and didnt get a free lid, so that sucked. Construction seems very well and it does fit all the cans that i use generally. It works better as a bottle coozie since the silicone lip is further away from your lips.”
“I mainly bought my frost buddy for my starbucks. I only ever buy venti size. I gave it 3 stars cause the cup actually works to keep my drink cold. Unfortunately the lid doesn't stop my venti cup enough to stop the lid from leaking or popping off!”
