“I ordered the sports buddy. This is the first order I’ve placed thru Frost Buddy and I’m highly disappointed. It is advertised the sports buddy comes with a compass and whistle attached to the paranoid (which is the reason I ordered this style). Mine did not include the compass or whistle. I tried calling and couldn’t get a person on the phone, I have emailed their customer service 6 times now (which advertises 24/7 response) and I also commented on one of their Facebook ads and tagged them. I have not received a response to one message. Basically … false advertising.”

“Tbh it’s was skeptical. How could just a cup be so popular. Well let me tell you. I have had my to go buddy for over 2 weeks now. COOLEST THING EVER. I am a slow iced coffee sipper (which is code for “I have a toddler and have never finished my drink in under 3 hours). Normally it gets so watered down, I just toss it cause it taste gross. BUT NOW, I can sip on my coffee ALL DAY and the ice stays untouched.
I also go myself a thicc buddy (dibs for that to be my rapper name btw) the perfect cup to pair with an exhausted mama chancing a toddler. Got leggings on with no pockets? No worries, your chapstick goes right through on the handle and you keys clip right to it too.

Originally, the eta was between January 11-13, and that changed because of the weather, which I understand. So then it changed to January 17-19. It is now January 24th, and I’ve not received ANY info in my order or where it’s at.”

“I love Frost Buddy. I have replaced all of my cups with FB cups and coozies. I am a cup person-- I had over 200 cups at one point. I have replaced them with Frost Buddy and my drinks have never been colder. The To-Go Buddy is my go-to and I feel naked without it. My drinks are still fresh and ice cold after a full day of clients in my salon. I never get the 'dang, my drink is wasted' feeling, now. I also have a text going with customer service and they always take care of me and gave codes for me to use. Very prompt customer service. One of my favorite brands to use. 10/10 I recommend to everyone.”
