“I bought 2 customized frost buddy's. NFL and MLB teams. They are great, I love them but I was disappointed when I took one of them to a family gathering and they had Modelo beer. The bottles don't fit yet you claim they fit every can or bottle. I didn't get to use it and show it off.”

As soon as I received my frost buddy, I instantly went to the refrigerator and tried every different size can and with the exception of the 12 ounce beer/soda can all is as advertised. The 12 ounce cans are very difficult to remove from the insert so perhaps this can be corrected.”
“Love the concept! I ordered the universal buddy, to-go buddy, and sippy buddy. All are great! However, the lid to my to-go buddy doesn't close all the way, like the stopper part had extra material or something preventing it from fully closing. The print on it was also not consistent, so where the seam is is is two different colors of the same pattern. Also, I think if you're giving a lid with that one, go ahead and give a straw that fits it. I have multiple reusable straws but can't seem to find one that fits in the hole. The straw that came with the sippy buddy is great material, but really thick, almost like a piece of tubing was just cut to length. It works, but it's kind of awkward and causes you to work harder to get a drink through it. Overall, we love the wood grain print and the copper kiss, but the cozy print was just a little off. They work really well for their intended purposes though! I just think there could be a few minor tweaks to improve the overall quality to make customers want to order again and again.”
“Purchased for grandchildren for Christmas. I like the look of the product ,but the packaging needs a little work. Not insulated for shipping and USPS seems to drop them and crush the boxes ...”
“Love the products, shipping not so much.
First order shipping was good, second shipping was fast, third I believe the box was not shipped until I inquired why it was taking so long even with a tracking number. Box arrived 14 days after the order was placed, box was pieced together with tape off. USPS had me check contents. I wanted to order some of the old releases but the shipping process deterred me from ordering.”
“It’s kills me to downgrade the review. I’ve been a Buddy fan from day one. I have a bunch. But it’s taking longer and longer to get product. I love the product itself, it’s the shipping that has become a pain. It’s taking too long.”
“Tried ordering 7 custom Sport Buddy’s with our baseball team logo and coaches names for Christmas. Site wasn’t working and I contacted customer care. Customer care said the site was having issues with pricing being way off per unit. Told to reorder. Site again was way off. Contacted customer care again. After over a week with no response I ordered 7 plain versions. After receiving them they were boxed in a large shipping box and some of them came out of their boxes and got scratched up. Majority of the bottles had the tags falling off of them and the frost buddy boxes were damaged. This has been a very disappointing experience. From poor customer care, website ordering issues, horrible shipping dept not properly packaging shipments to damaged merchandise. This will be my last and only order.”
