“I ordered 2 of the Joe Buddy’s last week and my girlfriend put hot tea in hers and the lid would not stay on. I’m sure the one I bought for me that I will be putting iced coffee in will work fine but she drinks her drinks hot and it does not work correctly. I looked up Buddies return policy and it doesn’t sound like you would not return it. I wasn’t happy.”
“Frost buddy is the best I've used. Held my ice of my venti Starbucks drink for 8 hours. When I woke up (left ice on purpose) I was gone but the melted ice was still so cold. 100/100 I recommend”
“The best purchase I have made in a long time. I could never drink all of my venti Starbucks because the ice watered it down so much. Now I can get one of an evening and save it for the next morning. I put it in my Frost Buddy and stick it in the fridge. The ice doesn’t melt the whole day I drinking it.”

“I do love them and use them everyday, my Joe Buddy and 40oz Buddy goes to work with me everyday for coffee and water and doesn’t let me down. I get home after a 9 hour shift on a construction site and still have ice. Then when I get home I use a couple different universal buddy 2.0 for my beers and soda. Then on the weekends I use one of several To Go Buddy’s for my ice coffee and freeze coffee. I have bought enough for my home and camp trailer plus more on the way for Christmas gifts for the family and friends. One photo is the ones I’ve used for the past two weeks and the other is my collection so far with several more on the way.”

“First of all, when I FINALLY received both of the customized Universal Buddy's, they were GREAT. The BIGGEST problem I had with the whole situation was the fact that it took WAY TOO LONG to receive them. Because of the delay, I was unable to give these to my friends in time for their Anniversary. Just to be aware, I ordered two Universal Buddys (that had to be customized) on June 19th. I did not receive the final product until July 29th. 40+ days to receive the product is unacceptable. I would have given this review 1 Star if I was only asked how the process was. But given that the product (Universal Buddy) is fantastic, I decided to split the difference. My suggestion, please work on correcting your fullfillment process, because as of right now, it is not very good.”
“The product is as advertised. Well put together. When I ordered the universal buddy I thought the coffee mug top was a part of it as the video ad did not say otherwise. I had to incur a second delivery charge which was a bummer. 5 stars on you product. 3 stars on the video ad and order sight.”

“I have the Frost Buddy or the OG & To-Go buddy. I love the bottom of the Frost Buddy illustrates what can be carried. My father-in-law is on the spectrum and visualization helps immensely. It replaces a Brumate (12/16 oz) and a Yeti slim can holders ... oh and my 12oz bottle holder ... so three things. The real champion and weirdest thing I have bought is the To-Go Buddy. Star Bucks, McDs, Scooters, Carribu ... all fit in this thing. Keeps drink cold or hot hours after purchase. It is in my vehicle all the time.”
