“I love my to go buddy, it's very pretty and works well. I mainly use it for ice water, but I used it the other day with an iced coffee and it worked well. I sure do wish that I could ( or could have) get a lid that matches it.”

Cons: advertising is misleading-you have to read the fine print. Such as the ToGo Buddy that is advertised as “leak proof tumbler” but doesn’t come with a lid. (I’m still a little salty about my order).”

“This is the second one I ordered. I love the 1st one. I ordered a 2nd Seahawks buddy and it took 3 weeks or so to get and when it arrived there was 2 shipping stickers 1 was mine in WA. And 1 was another guys in IN. There was an COLTS buddy inside. I emailed customer service and I was asked if I was willing to send it back so they could send the right buddy. I feel going to.the post office and waiting in line to.send this back so I can get the one I ordered is a bit of an inconvenience.”
“I like that it fits different size bottles and keeps them cool long enough to enjoy the entire drink, not just the first few sips. I don't like that I have to pay an extra 10 dollars for a rubber bumber to fit the bottom. That seems like a purposefully deaigned flaw to upsell items. You obviously know it needs a bumper or you would not have created one, just include it. Or at least put a thicker piece of rubber on the bottom of the cup.”
“I have only been able to use my Frost Buddy a couple times because it has not fit the cups I have used but so far it is keeping my drinks cold without all of the condensation getting on my hands, on my desk, or in the cup holder”
“Love mine! It’s a little big and heavy but works! I had an iced coffee at 9 am and left in the car in a parking garage at 88 degree weather. At 7 pm when I got in the car there was still little pieces if ice in the cup!!”

“They are very cute. Work great. But why advertise you are getting a free compass and whistle if you don't have the same product? Very misleading. Need to update your website if you no longer have. Some may think twice about spending the money.”
“The best part about this was the cool survival cord that I had seen in the past with the GPS and the whistle however they didn’t have that on mine when it arrived so that makes it just another drinking bottle. I returned it. Customer support was good and helpful. Very cool design tho”
“Great for my iced coffee drinks. Keeps things cold throughout the day. Would buy again. The only reason for 4 stars is that mine came with a small dent in the bottom. Nothing to compromise the cup but a bit disappointing to receive dented.”

“After using it for a few weeks I’d say it’s okay? The inside liner almost needs to be chilled before hand or the first drink you toss in will get warm pretty quick while it cools that down. Also they must’ve emailed me almost 20 times during the first few days after purchasing and receiving it. Like to the point my entire inbox just said frost buddy and it really put me off wanting to use it for a few days. Overall it’s like a 6.5/10, gonna do the job just fine but nothing fancy and not really worth the full price, glad I went with a discounted one.”
