The flannel was to be. thing for my grandson that was killed in March at 21. I wrote them and they promised to send them as soon as they got them back in stock. Their response. and caring and promised to get them as quickly as possible. I received my son. Before his birthday. The one for Christmas too. “Love the Frost Buddyâs! They definitely keep my drink cold for way longer. I got the freeze design in both the universal buddy and to go buddy as I love the 90âs vibe! My only complaint is Iâm guessing it was a heat transfer. On the to go buddy the design looks blurred and thereâs a decent gap from where the transfer is laid. I know there will be a gap, but I work in promotional goods and donât usually see gaps this large in transfers. Not a big deal, doesnât affect the cup, just hoping they see this for future orders.”
