“My issue is not with the product itself; so far it seems good and is working as promised. However, the shipping issues we experienced and the company response to the problems are what will prevent me from making future purchases. While it is a good product it is simply not worth the hassle.”
“Disappointed. Never arrived at destination. Between your company and whatever delivery services you use and after waiting for a week and a half for the delivery we were informed it had to be returned because your delivery service was unable to locate the address which is a bunch of bull. Used this same address for other deliveries from Amazon. So never again will i order from your company. It was supposed to be a family birthday gift so extremely disappointed.”
“The product is great. The communication with the company regarding shipping is great...until it is handed over to the USPS, then communicaton dies and product takes an additional week to arrive. Communicaton picks back up with the movement of the product until it arrives. But - it's hard for any company to compete in the market when it takes more than 2 or 3 days to get.”

“I purchased both the 50oz thicc Buddy and the Universal XL nebula. I love the Thicc Buddy it is great for keeping me with enough water to stay hydrated. I drink a little over two a day. Or at least I try. The Universal XL doesn't seem to fit a Corona properly which is odd seeing as how it is a very common bottle shape. It makes me wonder if I'll have the same issue with other beers.”
