“Frost buddy is amazing. Looks great and works great for soda cans and beer. My only regret is I order the original size 2 weeks before the release of the frost buddy 2.0 version. I drink a kombucha everyday and it doesn’t fit by a hair. Bummer. I still recommend it.”
“So far I've received the Universal, Universal XL and 1 TGB. I'm waiting on 2 more TGB and the Universal XL to come back in stock. My husband, son and I are extremely happy with the ones we have gotten so far. “I really liked my universal buddy and when I mentioned it would be nice to have one that held everything it did as well as a 24oz can, I was told to check out the XL. Well I was finally able to purchase 3 of them and when they arrived were missing the insert. I then inquired about the lid not fitting a 24oz can to which I was told it was a separate lid to buy. I believe if you are going to show this item can hold from 12oz to 24oz cans, it should do so out of the box. This is just a big buddy with an insert so not only do I have to purchase a separate lid, but I now have to carry around both lids to switch back and forth along with the insert when the XL should have already been tall enough to accommodate a 24oz can without having to switch lids. Make a true XL and I’ll purchase again. This one just missed the mark.”
“I love my frost buddy 2.0! I’ve had my first one for over a year now and it has taken a lot of abuse but has held up with barely any wear showing! It keeps my drinks cold forever! I had a drink out in the sun for a few hours and didn’t even worry about it cuz I knew it’s still be cold when I was ready for it! My only complaint is there are too many designs and I keep buying new designs cuz I LOVE THEM ALL!!! 😍😍”
“I ordered the 40oz bottle and instead received a 32oz bottle. I emailed customer service and they were kind enough to send me another bottle but unfortunately the second bottle was also a 32oz bottle. I'm not sure if they do not have 40oz bottles available or what the issue was but I ended up with 2 bottles and neither bottle is the correct size.
The bottle itself is good with a couple of minor issues:
1- it will not keep your drink cold for 24 hours as advertised - at most it will remain cold for 8-12 hours depending on whether you are outside in the heat or inside with an air conditioner.
2- the cap has an air vent that has a little rubber insert which allows air in for the suction action but stop water from dripping out. The rubber insert came with no hole through it so I was unable to suck the water out of the bottle at the beginning. I then used a toothpick to make a hole through the rubber insert which allowed the water to be sucked through the straw, however, the suction action is not smooth. you have to suck hard to get the water through the straw.
The bottle itself looks nice and the accessories (the rubber bumper and paracord handle) are great. However for the being sent the wrong bottle twice and the small issues with the bottle were a deal breaker for me. I will be returning the bottle.
P.S. I had purchased a 40oz bottle from amazon (hydro cell) for $26 that performs much better than the frost buddy and is available in different sizes.”
