“I bought the frost buddy xl through the app that accommodates all cans and bottles. My only complaint is that I thought that was all I needed to buy. It came with a drink shaker top that I did not need and did not come with the extended screw on top that accommodates the tall fat cans. If I had known I wouldn’t have had to order it separately and pay shipping twice. Other than that it works fine.”

“Love the concept and the actual vessel but the packaging was not sturdy enough (think cardboard box inside an envelope) and the glue used to hold the removable label on would not completely come off regardless of the amount of goo-gone and dish soap I used. A week later it STILL has residue.

“I have used this with my iced medium and large coffees from Dunkin and the coffee stays cold WITH ICE all day long! I put ice water inside with a straw through the top and the ice remained for almost 48 hours. I used it today for the first time with my home-brewed hot coffee and the top is 100% sealed so I don't spill on myself when I am driving or walking. My coffee did not stay hot all day, but it is definitely warmer than room temperature. Just have to remember to open the straw hole to drink from the sipping part. I LOVE my Frost Buddy.”

The customer service and the product itself was great, just a little disappointed in how long it took. Even though I understand from what customer service told me, there was a large influx in orders, it still shipped after the estimate, and I had purposely ordered 2-3 weeks in advance because it was an anniversary gift for my husband, and it arrived a few days after. Also.. all the marketing emails I received from Frost Buddy was a little excessive side. I couldn't unsubscribe because I was afraid in doing so, I would miss my shipping details.
