Ordered 6/18/24. Stepped up and got the expedited Buddy Speed Shipping (2-3 days). Did not receive the item until 7/1/24. 13 days is unacceptable.

Ordered mine, came and was missing parts. I ordered accessories which did not fit. I contacted support to say that the accessories didn’t fit. They required pictures of the items then told me that they were not returnable since they had been used. (They had only been used to take the picture they requested…) then sent me the part it was missing, but offered no help in returning the products that didn’t fit, and did not listen when I said that the 44oz cups don’t fit as advertised

Ordered for fathers day but took them 2 weeks to get my order out, one week after fathers day. I was also missing an item and asked for a new one. item was only $7 but they did not send replacement even thou they make you pay for insurance. What is the point of paying for insurance if you will not honor any missing items. I spent over $400 with them in June and no resolution other than a sorry.

The turnaround time is much longer than they advertised of 2-3 days. I saw a promotion for father's day and it arrived way later. It doesn't keep things as cold as I hoped. Ended up purchasing ic e blocks off of Amazon to keep the beverage cold as we live where it's hot..

I can't actually review the product as I am still waiting to receive the items. I ordered on the 6/16, it shipped out on 6/18, the last scan was 6/20, and still no product as of 7/2/24 despite paying for shipping protection. Not sure what protection that provides as I am still waiting. I emailed customer service last week and was told they are having issues with the courier and to keep waiting. Today is 14 days since leaving the warehouse. I will email customer service again for refund or expedited shipping of new items.

I ordered two of the frost buddy’s and I love my husbands! However I ordered the leopard one and the paint scratched really bad the first use.

My issue is not with the product itself; so far it seems good and is working as promised. However, the shipping issues we experienced and the company response to the problems are what will prevent me from making future purchases. While it is a good product it is simply not worth the hassle.

I’m not sure it’s anyone’s fault there, but I have not received my frost buddy. I ordered it on June 7. It continues to get delayed. I hope to receive it soon.

This was the 2nd time I ordered from frost buddy (I loved my 1st order). It was taking a long time so I reached out and was told they were out of the items I ordered and I could pick something else or get a refund. I didn't feel like there was much effort in helping me. Right after I settled for other colors they came out with some items that were similar to my original order. I like the products but I'm not sure I'll order anything more or really give a great review when I'm asked about them.

I received my frost buddy and was disappointed by the condition it arrived in. The cover for the sipping port was missing a stud so the cover doesn't stay secure on the cup . My call to customer service fell on deaf ears so no replacement part or return label was sent !

Customer service was lacking when I was curious about the location of my order. No actual response was given, but instead I was sent a tracking number to my delivery which still didn't leave for the next 5 or 6 days. No response attached.

I waited 4 weeks to receive and it still never came. I contacted customer service and there was no answer besides they work one by one so it will take longer even though it was only to be a few days.

Got the XL hoping it would fit my Propel water bottle. It was a really tight fit (still not tall enough). It really didn't keep the water cold for very long either and my bottle had been in the freezer prior to putting it in the Frost Buddy. About $30 wasted.

The can holder works well but I probably won't buy from frost buddy again because of all the annoying ass emails you get after the purchase.

Disappointed in the can cooler. Very expensive for something that didn't do much to keep the can cold. I sent it back.
