“The Fall bouquet was beautiful and worth the money. However, it was packaged in a deep basket that made it very difficult to water without risking leaks and overflow. I would recommend a conventional vase.”

“Undependable delivery. I was very disappointed in the time it took to get a delivery of flowers to my daughter. I had placed the order on Wednesday, 10/28/2025 at 11:23 a.m. By 3:00 p.m. the next day, the bouquet had not been delivered. When I called at 3:23 p.m., to express my dissatisfaction and said that if they were not delivered by 4:00 p.m. I wanted the order cancelled and a refund. It is amazing but 15 minutes later I received an email that the bouquet had been delivered. Why did it take so long? I could have delivered them personally in that time frame! If delivery had been on time and without aggravation, FTD would have received a 5 star review because the flowers were beautiful.”

“They left the flowers at the front door in 50 degree weather. They did not knock or ring the bell or wait for anyone to come to the door. I finally called my mother at 8 pm because I hadn't heard from her and she found them on the front step freezing. They started dying and today are in bad shape.Definately not worth the $130 I paid.”

“I have ordered flowers many times online through FTD and they have never let me down. Usually the local florists who fulfill the orders do an outstanding job. In particuar, the florist who fills my orders in Sacramento when I order for my sister's birthday does an expecially beautiful job. I really enjoy the convenience of ordering online, and will continue to do so. Highly recommended!”

“The flowers were for my Mom, our Dad passed away, so we wanted to send her something nice. The flowers were beautiful and the vase with the cross on it was also beautiful! Delivery was perfect, could not have asked for better service, online purchase went smoothly.”
