“I was very disappointed with the service. Birthday flowers did not arrive on time and I was awarded $2.99 for the inconvenience. Will not use company again.”

“I have to say I’m from a time when you placed an order for flowers that it was sent to a local florist and delivered same day, these flowers were shipped from Illinois to Arizona and I just didn’t appreciate that about FTD.”

“Easy to order and good communication about next day delivery which was as promised. (Other florists were promising 2 day delivery.) Price was competitive with others. Never saw the delivered product so I cant comment on that but I did get a nice thank you!”
