“I ordered the flowers to be delivered on Saturday, June 28th to celebrate my Granddson and his wifes
first anniversary. They cost me $97.10. They were not delivered until Tuesday, July 1.
They arrived too late for the celebration.
I am so disappointed.”

“In the past I received a picture of the flowers delivered to the porch. I would like to have seen a picture this time. I have no way of really knowing if the flowers were delivered to the correct house. One of the last times I had flowers delivered by FTD the flowers ended up on the wrong porch.”

“i was unhappy with the way my order was handled. first, i ordered on Sunday for a Monday delivery to a family member who was hospitalized in Ketchikan AK. i found out later in afternoon on Monday that they could not delivery that day, then a few hours later another message indicating they couldnt locate a florist at all. I feel like someone could have called me with this inforamtion to give me time to order elsewhere. there is a florist in Ketchikan i could have went directly to for this. It was not handled well at all.”

“I was excited to send what looked like a really beautiful bouquet for a very special occasion. Unfortunately, the arrangerment arrived a day later than requested, and it was very wilted so many of the blooms needed to be thrown out. When I called customer service, they apologized and said they would send a replacement bouquet at no charge. The replacement also arrived in very poor condition. I understand that it has been quite hot out, but I don't know why FTD does not partner with local florists so that the freshest flowers can be assured at time of deliver instead of shipping them in unstable conditions with the flowers boxed and waiting in a hot delivery truck. Very disappointing.”
“Not the first time I've used this service, but probably the last. Flowers were not delivered on date requested. A day later, flowers were dry, wilted. Only $ 22.00 refund. Poor service”

“I ordered flowers to be delivered to someone in NC, and received an email that they were delivered, but after speaking with the recipient they were not. I phoned FTD and was told that the one florist did not have the flowers and that another one would deliver a few days later and I would receive a 50% credit and a larger order. The recipient did receive the flowers via US mail which is not what I wanted or was told and the flowers did not look very fresh so I called again. Besides saying they were sorry, I did receive the credit, but I'm really disappointed in what and how they were received. I order through USAA and have not had this issue before.”
“The flower arrangement arrived quickly and was gorgeous! My prior attempts with another company were disappointing so I decided to give FTD a chance. The bouquet was lush and full and easy to order.

“The flowers arrived on time and were lovely. However, they arrived in a bag of water not a vase which is usual for most flower orders on other sites. If this is "standard" for FTD deliveries, i suggest that the practice is prominently displaced. I would have purchased a vase, if I had known.”

Finally, they said that their florists didn’t deliver to this delivery address I requested. Why wasn’t this said when I made the order? I will never use FTD again! TERRIBLE!”
