While the flowers delivered were accepted w joy - the arrangement was far from the one I chose. So the recipient was very happy - I was Dismayed .

Very unhappy. Ordered a fleet arrangement 2 weeks before the delivery date, the day before my desired delivery date I received a email saying that arrangement is not available please choose something else. I don’t understand why no one checked prior to delivery if the flowers were available.

Reliable in terms of on-time delivery, and usually the quality is quite good. I really like that they use local florists, although sometimes the result is unpredictable. I ordered my sister the Front Porch Bouquet in the Deluxe version. What she got had the same flowers, but seemed pretty light compared to what was shown for "Deluxe" on the website.

I ordered delivery for 5/24/2026 on 5/18/2026 for a very special occasion. Order Number: 60998376966 placed on 05/18/2026 It was showing on tracking that it will be delivered on time on 5/24/2026 morning, and later on the delivery was changed to 5/26/2026 without notifying me. very untrustworthy

I placed my order to be delivered on Sunday, 05/24 for my best friend's birthday and paid extra $ for that however it was delivered a day early. Together with the flowers I ordered a box of chocolates for extra $20 and was very disappointed to see only 4 pieces of Ferrero Rocher chocolates in plastic wrap. Comes down $5 per one! Flowers looked ok, not as fresh I'd say and on top of it they put my friend's name together with my last name instead of hers. Go figure.. I am glad it was delivered with the wrong name on it. Would not use this website again.

There were there when I needed them. But, I wouldn't exactly call their roses top quality. Some started drooping on the forth day.

I ordered flowers to be delivered ON Mother's Day or the DAY BEFORE. They did not deliver on Mother's Day. I emailed customer service the day after Mother's Day saying I would like a refund or a delay in delivery as my mother would be out of town the following week and they COULD NOT be delivered then; they said they would respond. And they delivered it a week late - after the date I said was too late. I emailed again customer service, and they only refunded me 20%. Horrible experience. Will not order again.

I ordered flowers for Mother's day and the flowers were supposed to be delivered between 5/7 to 5/10 (Mother's day). FTD missed the delivery so I reached out to them. They responded with this boiler plate wording and gave me a new delivery date. When the new delivery date did not deliver my flowers they gave me another delivery date. I went thru this 4 times with them and the last delivery date they gave me was 5/19. This is unacceptable. These were supposed to be delivered by Mother's day and they think delivering the Mother's day gift over 9 days late is acceptable? Ridiculous. I finally asked for a refund in full amount. FTD had the worst customer service and now my Mother's day gift ruined my surprise for my mom. I will NEVER EVER order from them again!! If I could give them negative stars I would!
