“Two of the calla lilies were wilted and dead and half the white roses were browning and the others off color. Threw away all but two of the roses.”

“The flowers arrived in time and most of them were in good condition but the roses did not look good at all. Sending flowers via UPS was probably not the best method.”

“I sent my friend who was hospitalized unexpectedly flowers from FTD. Big mistake. The picture of what he was supposed to get was lovely and lush. What he actually got was sparse and very disappointing. I spent $90 and I might as well have thrown it away. I emailed my disappointment and they said they were refunding 25%, but the amount they said was actually 22.7%. Nothing will erase the embarrassment I feel.”

“It's September 2025, I order flowers for my wife here in San Antonio TX. The idiots left the arrangement on our door step in 95+ degree weather. Never again will they see $$ from me. Their customer service is even worst than the incompetent deliverer.”
