“I ordered a tropical plant to be sent to my 88 year-old mother-in-law. When I received the picture of where it had been dropped off, I saw that they left it at her driveway by the street instead of taking it up to the door. Seriously! She should not have to go down a flight of stairs to the street to retrieve her plant. And the plant was an orchid that had been sitting outside in Wisconsin in December for at least four hours before I saw the picture that it had been delivered and contacted her. I wouldn’t of ordered from you if I would’ve known how careless customer service is.”

“i am never dissapointed. from Florida to Maine or Ohio the arrangement is usually close or exact. thank you for making it easy to tell people thank you or I love you.”

“Did not give a delivery window. Had to contact customer service.(Which hung up on me) They missed the same day delivery (the whole point) and offered a refund of just the same day fee (a fee not disclosed until the end anyways) Had to call back customer service and cancel the whole order. Will never use”

“The first order was 3 days late, I got a 20% refund. The flowers arrived dried out. I got a 2nd order. Better, but nothing like the picture. You talk to a call center in India I would guess. It was hard to understand the person plus all the noise in the background.”
