“I ordered a deluxe bouquet that consisted of at least 4 different types of flowers. I expected my order to look like the sample images, give or take minor differences in flower variety or color. What the recipient received was a measly 9 roses in an oversized vase, hardly a bouquet. While disappointing it would've been acceptable had they made a huge bouquet of only roses if they didn't have other varieties but this was just insulting. I complained to customer service and had to press them so hard to give me a 100% refund. At first they offered 30% then 50% of the original amount which was a joke. I kept telling them that I expected a full refund and I didn't want another potentially upsetting redelivery.”
“I placed $100 order and was not informed that if the recipient wasn’t home, they just leave the product out at the front door for no one to receive live flowers. This is the worst customer service ever and I literally wasted $100 that I can’t get back and when I made a phone call to customer service, they hung up on me because they didn’t want to deal with it. I will never order from FTD again.
