“I was disappointed with the online ordering. An arrangement was added 2 times without me choosing it. I missed it the second time and it cost me twice of what I needed to spend. Will not use again”

“Very unhappy. Ordered a fleet arrangement 2 weeks before the delivery date, the day before my desired delivery date I received a email saying that arrangement is not available please choose something else. I don’t understand why no one checked prior to delivery if the flowers were available.”

“Reliable in terms of on-time delivery, and usually the quality is quite good. I really like that they use local florists, although sometimes the result is unpredictable. I ordered my sister the Front Porch Bouquet in the Deluxe version. What she got had the same flowers, but seemed pretty light compared to what was shown for "Deluxe" on the website.”

“I ordered delivery for 5/24/2026 on 5/18/2026 for a very special occasion. Order Number: 60998376966 placed on 05/18/2026 It was showing on tracking that it will be delivered on time on 5/24/2026 morning, and later on the delivery was changed to 5/26/2026 without notifying me. very untrustworthy”
