“I placed an order on the7/8 Dec on a 5 day delivery, I got the delivery on the 18th, that's aproxamatly one week late, when I contacted chandlers They stated 5 Woking days from order, this is not clear in your teams, however I apreciate there was bad wether and chandlers drivers were sick, I feel the service was Les than advertised”

Hello, I am so very sorry that your order was delayed slightly due to the bad weather. Our delivery schedules are all quoted on working days and the final delivery date is clearly displayed both on the quote screen and the order confirmation at checkout. I believe that the period leading up to Christmas was extremely busy due to the snow and ice on the roads which meant that suppliers struggled to get to some people in time but our suppliers worked hard to get to people in a fair and timely manner. I hope that this experience doesn't deter you from using Fuelfighter again in the future.
