“Very straightforward ordering system and good prices. Delivery was well within time span given at time of ordering and equally straightforward on the day with the driver being most helpful. I will definitely be using Fuelfighter again.”

“WAITED IN ALL DAY. Rang through at 4.00pm to see if we were still getting a delivery. Receptionist eventually found that the driver had returned to the depot and we would not receive delivery until the following day. We had waited in all day instead of visiting an elderly sick relative. POOR COMMUNICATION. Used you many times but will now re-consider in future. It made me feel like cancelling, but you have the upper hand with having the credit card paym,ent details in advance.”

“Ordering process is top notch. However I ordered on the 10 day lead time and ticked the box asking for a call from the supplier so I could unlock my tank. When I’d not had a call by the 9th day I rang them to check if my delivery was coming the next day fearfull that I’d been forgotten. After being put on hold & a long pause I was told it would come the following day. Previous orders had been delivered more promptly & I’d received a telephone call to inform which day.”

“FF was the best option price wise so I opted for them. Order was delivered 4 days after placing, a text confirming delivery was sent a day before. Exactly what I wanted, and the best available price.”
