“Compared prices between local companies, boilerjuice and fuel fighter. Ordered with fuel fighter because it was a bit cheaper. Fuel arrived at time stated in confirmation text. Ordered too much oil, prompt refund provided. Good service.”

“Have used them for many years and have always been more than happy with the prices and delivery service. Boiler packed in yesterday and the engineer who came out just now has found water in the oil and when he had a look at the tank found that the tank filler cap was not on properly and could be problem as we have had a fair bit of rain since the last delivery just over a week ago”

“Good prompt service but only got 488 ltrs delivered not 500 as requested!!!! I enquired as to why and was told that we would get a refund.... This hasn't happened... Yet!!”

Thank you for your feedback. I have looked in to this and can only suggest that 488L is what it took to fill the tank. Your refund has been processed within 4 working days of the delivery as we have to wait for suppliers to confirm deliveries which, due to their systems, can take up to 10 working days. Your bank may be where this has been delayed as once we arrange the refund banks can take 5 working days to process the refund. “Just like most of the reviews here you keep ignoring. Delivery driver requested to give at least 35 minutes notice of delivery in order to be able to return home and unlock tank. Surprise, surprise, no attempt to call before hand!! You really do win the prize for customer service (NOT)... Why do you bother getting customer feedback if you don't act on it?”

Hello Thank you for your feedback, we do try to action any feedback given and value all our customers comments. I have looked at your order and contacted the supplier involved who informed me that they text you the day before the delivery but there was no actual instruction to call you 35 mins before. The supplier did give as much notice as possible as per your delivery notes. I am sorry you felt inconvenienced with this delivery.

“We have used Fuelfighter several times for our oil deliveries. They usually have the best price on offer and the Web site is easy to use. Delivery is prompt and the tanker drivers are friendly professionals. Fuelfighter always contact us the day prior to delivery as requested, and the driver 'phones about 15 mins before arriving. Great service at a competitive price! Many thanks.”

“I have used Fuelfighter and WCF Chandler for many years now and have never been disappointed. I explained on my order last week that we were having a new tank fitted but was unsure of the day, so could they give me a phone number to tell them when it was OK to deliver. Not only did they give me a direct number, they called me regularly for updates. The driver was excellent and I cannot fault them at all. Thanks to Fuelfighter for the best prices, and thanks to WCF for the service.”

“Im new to using oil as i moved into a private rented property and never used it before..i had been using boiler juice to order my oil....never again! Fuel fighters is the only place to order my oil from again...firstly cheaper quote given within 5minutes of each other, delivery was super quick in comparison too and was delivered and in my tank before I even woke up that morning! What more could i ask for”

“I am pleased with the ability of the tanker drivers to find my house and manage the filling of my tank so effortlesly. The drivers are always courteous and manage the drive turning manoeure without any issues. I just wish fuelfighter would deliver within the original order date window and take notice of customer messages. I had a window of between approx 5 and days and requested as late as possible to make sure of tank space. But ignored and delivered after approx 5 days despite contacting them again and asking to delay. Dissapointed.”
